Instead of just handing me a prescription for pain medication, Dr. Oglesby offered me a trial for a Spinal Cord Stimulator. I have used that for about 7 years now. I have been able to lower the use of pain medication, using that. Dr. Oglesby also prescribed an amazing Numbing gel, made by a Compound Pharmacy. I can apply it anywhere that I have pain. I am amazed at how well it works for me! I highly recommend Dr. Oglesby to anyone who is dealing with Chronic pain anywhere! I called back with a follow-up question -- I'm about to visit my pregnant daughter and wanted guidance on what to do since I was sick. Dr. Randall himself got on the phone and walked me through it personally. I've been with the same primary care doctor for years, and when I have questions, I leave a message and wait for a callback from a nurse practitioner. I never get to speak with the doctor directly. It was obvious to him and to onlookers based on how I was walking, i was in desperate need of this medication. I suffer from excruciating knee pain. I gave him all of my insurance information and he promised me a call back to advise when I would get the medication. To this day, 6 months later, I still have not heard anything from him. Over the last 6 months, I went to the pharmacy several times but each time he only told that the medication was on back order. Now, his words have no merit. He swore to an oath that he was duty bound to, to help sick people but he did absolutely nothing! HIPPOCRATIC OATH: By all that I hold highest, I promise my patients competence, integrity, candor, personal commitment to their best interest, compassion, and absolute discretion, and confidentiality within the law. Check to see if this dentist is in your dental insurance NETWORK!!!!!!!!! They won't tell you until you go in for your appointment and then will try to sweet talk you into a payment arrangement. I spent almost 900 dollars on a filling!! Then, I woke up and realized they aren't in my network. My bad!! My brother in law ask them if they were in his dental network and they said that they will discuss it when he goes in for his appointment. Bump that!!!
