They also have a punch card which avails you to some amazing discounts for return customers. This pharmacy is also a leader in providing medicine that was difficult to get during the pandemic. They also carry an amazing tea selection, and a respectable selection of healthier, hard to find choices of various food items such as pasta, flours, grains, sauces, soups, and frozen items. Add in the selection of medical equipment/supplies that you will typically not find in one place...it truly is a hidden gem. The employees are friendly and not overly pushy like they can be in other places.

Were they slow because your doctor wrote the prescription incorrectly and had to be tracked down before they could fill your order? Were they slow because you handed them two CII prescriptions that require additional time to fill? Were they slow because you came on a Monday morning, traditionally the busiest time for any pharmacy? Were they slow because you brought your prescriptions in person and expected them to be filled immediately, despite the fact that there are probably 200 prescriptions in line ahead of yours? I know the pharmacists and techs personally, and they have only ever given me the best customer service and support. They are there to discuss any concerns you may have about your medication, or just to talk to you about your day. I have never had an medication errors or problems, and additionally, I have never sat in line more than 5-10 minutes, over the 5+ years I've been having my medications filled. They are top notch, and I think any negative reviewers would have been better served to talk to the pharmacist about how the pharmacy could have improved, rather than just blast them on the internet. If you don't give a business the opportunity to right a wrong, then you are part of the problem. And finally, if you want fast food pharmacy, then please go to another pharmacy. You don't complain when your doctor has important problems to solve, why are you complaining when you doctor of pharmacy does too? The best medical care requires attention to detail and a high level of knowledge and insight. You get that at Marcum's.

They do not know how to update insurance or give instruction of how to get a vacation exception for early refills. To update my insurance a month ago, I had to make 3 trips to the pharmacy. For the vacation exception, THREE employees including a pharmacist failed to tell me the proper procedure. I asked on three different visits prior to my vacation how the process worked. All of them told me to come in the day before I needed my meds to come in and request the exception. They would contact the insurance, and I would be able to pick up the meds the next day. I went in yesterday to request the exception and was treated extremely rudely by the first employee that I contacted. So rudely that I asked if I was bothering her. Instead of apologizing for her behavior she told me that I was ok. For the first time, I'm told that I have to call my provider!!! I leave the store to call my provider and apologize to her nurse for CVS's failure and the short notice. Go to a late lunch then back to CVS to pick up an RX that was ready. They have two scripts ready. One that was allegedly for vacation. They tell me my insurance denied the vacation exception, and they used a discount card. I get home and see on a printout that they contacted an insurance that was inactive and I had updated weeks ago!!! (That took 3 trips to the pharmacy). I contacted corporate's number listed on the site to notify of my complaint. LONG unproductive call. Now, I'm told that I have to contact the insurance!!! Multiple trips to the pharmacy and HOURS on the phone and I still don't know if my medication will be available before I leave for my trip tomorrow. Needless to say. when I return, I will be transferring my meds to a locally owned pharmacy. Absolutely, terrible customer service!!!!

These people do not care about their customers. I went on vacation a couple months ago and I called P&S to get my refill 2 days early before I left town and they would not give it to me. So I called another pharmacy to have them transfer it from P&S and they said they would call and get the script and it should be ready in about 2 hours. But I got a call back from this other pharmacy saying that P&S would not let them transfer it and they did not understand why they would do that to me. So I ended up going on vacation without my scripts for a week. Another thing is that they will quit answering their phones at 4:45pm and they close at 6pm. They can't be bothered by their customers. THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY IN TOWN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

There were no customers and no groceries to bag yet he just stood there and wouldn't step over to help my cashier. So this Kroger's only has one bagger who doesn't actually do anything except stand there while the cashier bags the groceries. Not very efficient. This was around 4 pm.

Another employee, the cake decorator, just told me to give her a minute. To make matters worse, the products were a total letdown. I spent $6 on two cupcakes--a Biscoff cupcake and a berry cheesecake cupcake. The berry cheesecake cupcake had zero cheesecake flavor and was topped with a gross American buttercream. Even worse, the "Biscoff" cupcake was filled with peanut butter instead of cookie butter, which is a major safety hazard for anyone with a peanut allergy.
