I came to pick up my glasses at the same time and got ignored for 30 mins while someone else picked theirs up after my appointment to do so. I have never felt so uncomfortable at an office while I'm supposed to be a paying customer. Then I had to go back to get my glasses adjusted bc the receptionist gave them to me
