Dr. Cook has a great knowledge of the eye and all that entails and in his ability to make his findings well understood by the patient. There is no time constraint when he is with his patient. He is very personable and puts the patient at ease, feeling that he is in the best caring hands available. I am a retired Registered Nurse and am perhaps very alert to how I am cared for. I can tell you, without reservation, I have never had better care or felt more trusting in what I am told in regard to my condition. I cannot recommend him high enough. I wish I could remember the name of my doctor but he was very professional and kind! He really helped me out by finding me a trial pair I could leave with. I really wasn't expecting them to be able to find a pair the same day as most other vision centers I've been to are out of stock or don't keep lenses close enough to my prescription. Nate was so nice to talk to as I was paying and super informative with helping me understand the trial brand I was leaving with. Him and the guy who did the initial test on my vision were very transparent with prices as well. I've been tricked before at other places into paying extra at eye exams, but I was so thankful for the transparency. You can tell everyone there really loves their job and it was an overall great experience! I'll definitely be making this America's Best my primary location to visit.
