It took months just to get any kind of answer, and every time I called I was told something different. No one seemed to know what was going on, everyone sounded clueless, and despite calling multiple times I never got a call back. On top of that, all they offered me was a $40 store credit--which is basically the cost of the camera itself. That doesn't come close to replacing the memories I lost or the amount of time I spent trying to get answers. Super unprofessional. I'm extremely disappointed and I honestly never want to step into another Walgreens again. I wouldn't trust them with anything important.

Yes it was cheaper, however they would fill it before because insurance wouldn't cover it. Now insurance covered it but its 2 hours after it was supposed to be done. This is only one example of the problems that my wife and I have had. Yes it is understaffed but they can't even figure what is covered or even how to lie their way out of it. Really hope they make the old Rite Aid a CVS because I will definitely jump ship.

Sadly, I am now going to CVS/Rite Aid for convenience. Pharmco is no longer open on weekends and they simply aren't reliable. There is no voicemail or website, and they do not post revised hours on their front doors. You just gotta cross your fingers and hope they're open. Like today, I'm miserably sick and my prescription is stuck in limbo until they open because they're closed on a Monday without any communication to their customers.
