From what I hear, there's also quite a bit of theft because of the small size of these items. This Walmart is taking a stand in keeping the experience alive and I applaud them for it. My daughter brought her own money and bought only 1 pack of Pokémon, even though there was like a 5-pack limit. I WAS able to find crutches here AND a wrap for his ancle but what I didn't realize was that I had to check the height of the crutches... so I ended up buying crutches that were too tall for my dad. I called the shop right away and talk to the what I assume is the pharmacist. He was also the guy who helped me check out so he remembered that I was there earlier. I was afraid he was going to tell me that there was nothing he could do, as the girl who pointed out the crutches to me did mention that they were non returnable... but he was so REASONABLE and even though he didn't have the height that I needed, he ordered the right height and had them ready first thing in the morning the following day!! He let me do an even exchange... and he made what I thought was going to be dreadful non returnable experience.. a simple pleasant exchange. I felt the need to write this long review about my experience with this pharmacist because people like him are hard to find. In a world we're people tend to be... lazy and would rather brush you off with "there's nothing I can do" and "we're out of stock, sorry".... finding someone like him in today's world is always an amazing experience and a breath of fresh air. Out of desperation, I called Jewel and they had a solution for me in 10 seconds. I switched my entire family here. They automatically linked all of our accounts together and when I was picking up one medication, they automatically let me know that my child's med was also ready (it had been on automatic refill and I didn't even realize it). Walgreens would have never done that. They are amazing in my book and it would take a lot to get me to go elsewhere.
