I had just filled another prescription two weeks early at Walgreens pharmacy with no issues. She had me wait a very long time while she called my insurance company. Sure enough, they made a clerical mistake and had his member ID incorrect. Absolutely no apology or explanation. Also every time I fill a prescription at Hampshire Pharmacy it is more than double when I fill it at Walgreens with the same insurance of course. Very rude technician and pharmacist.

I was in the ER this morning and had 4 Rx's electronically sent to Walgreens. Those were sent…read moreapproximately 1:00. We needed to get home and my husband would swing by and pick them up later. I have switched to the on-line pharmacy through my insurance, Centerwell who are amazing. I only use Walgreens if I need something instantly. When my husband went to pick meds up at about 5:30 he was told 1 was out of stock, 1 was ready and 2 were waiting. The one that was not available was the antibiotic I really needed. So for for 4.5 hours it never occurred to anyone in the pharmacy to call me and lmk they did not have that one in stock. So by now it is 6:15. Walmart Pharmacy closes at 7:00. I have to call the ER, explain this snafu to them. Request that they send a new order for the antibiotics to Walmart. By now there are 27 minutes to work in and I did not get the ONLY medication important. No wonder they pull in 1 or 2 stars. Absolutely worthless, unprofessional, non-thinking mouth breathers. I will absolutely NEVER use them again. There is no thinking on their feet. There is one lady working there who actually has a handle on everything. That is Jackie. No one else is worth dealing with. Even the pharmacist was a major disappointment. PHARMACISTS know medications, but when I went to their little consultation window to ask him about my concern over a drug interaction his answer was "ask your doctor". Seriously? I am asking YOU and you are blowing me off because you are afraid apparently to put your butt on the line. Thanks for nothing. Strike TWO. Now Strike 3. Bye bye!! 0 stars

There is one woman who is so rude, she's a pharmacy tech, and she plays god. How do you have to call the doctor if he notated the script, and then I call a day before and the pharmacist who is working the night before says it's OK for me to pick up my prescription, but all of a sudden the day of now you have to call the doctor? You could've let me know when I called in the day before. Then you tell me my scripts aren't ready (but they are) it's simply you guys reaching out for 3 months supply of the new Rx, they are not long term meds they came from a hospital.

I never received anything to confirm that it wenr through, nothing to confirm when to expect picked up, or anything to tell me when to expect the delivery. It disappeared from my orders in progress, and I worries it was left at the wrong house. I had to call them to ask if they knew if it had been picked up, they didn't know, but check and then let me know they didn't know when it would arrive. They read me off my USPS tracking code and it turns out, this delivery service that cost me $10 on top of the cost, won't be here for another day... A total of 5 days... The store is less than 5 minutes from me. This was for my SSRI and I am sick to my stomach and really not doing well and had to call into work today.. this was a miserable experience and there was NO communication. This is a terrible service, and there should be some way or warning that something as important as as SSRI that even missing one dose can have one feeling terrible, might take as long as 5 days for delivery from a pharmacy just down the road...

The drive-thru is the worst, sometimes its open and other times its closed during business hours, what's the point of having a drive-thru at all. Also, lack of supply is a problem here too. There's more people around on the floor restocking shelves than there are at the registers especially when it's busy. Secondly, EVERY time I go to purchase something, I'm seeing "associates" in regular clothes, not wearing their vest, & the name tags are barely visible! Additionally, I recently went & purchased some items, & I saw a Walmart associate with headphones in!! How can Walmart store associates live up to the stores expectations of customer service if they're unaware of customers because they're listening to music, or if they don't have their vests on while stocking shelves? It's in a way where ANY RANDOM PERSON could easily walk into the back of the store, act like they work there, & next thing you know, the store is missing merchandise because of negligence and ignorance. If this is how Walmart associates are at this location, I'll gladly take my business elsewhere because I refuse to give my time & money to a store that could care less about their customers.
