Want to pick up toothpaste? It's also locked away. Aspirin? Nope. Locked up. For self check out, they now keep you in a line back into the clothing department. As one of 4 working registers becomes available, they lower the "velvet rope" and motion you towards that register, as if it's a privilege to be permitted to complete self check out. I give up attempting to shop at this Walmart. I would rather drive another 5 miles to the one where they don't have everything locked away.

I was not rude I just asked for a supervisor so that they could get to the bottom of this problem. They chose to deny my mother a necessary piece of equipment for her pain and suffering instead of calling me and telling me to try another Supply Company.
