Second time on 12/1 or 12/02, I was told that insurance had not been filed, but they would call back right away. It's now 12/7 and I have yet to get a call back. I called and spoke with Frans, was put on a long hold, then told a claim was filed 11/30. It was approved BEFORE I picked it up. I asked for a supervisor and was again put on a long hold. Frans said the supervisor would call me, which hasn't happened, yet. Run, don't walk, from this company. UPDATE: Tonya from the local store called me and apologized for the problem.
