Cal came out at 1030 on a wet and really foggy night from 2 hours away to bring me a new one that works like a charm. The hospital also did not tell us how to fill the small portable auxiliary tank, so Cal will be calling me again tomorrow to assist my husband in learning to do that so that I can get to my doctor appointments. I cannot say enough good things about Cal, but the company really needs to hire people for its after hours answer service who actually speak and comprehend English. This dude from Bangalore who answers totally mangles the messages I am trying to send, and that could risk my health.
