Horrible wait time in pick-up drive through pharmacy. This Walgreens pharmacy has been horrible…read moresince Covid. Wait times are quite long due to, from what I can tell, due to under staffing. It looks like only one pharmacist and one pharmacy tech on at a time to handle all prescription receiving, filling and pick up. I arrived at 1053 and am third in line in the drive up window. From the time I arrived, it's been 17 minutes for the first in line to leave at 1110. It took 17 minutes for the 2nd in line to leave at 1127 and much to my surprise I was helped and revived my Rx and departed in 1 minute and departed at 1128. A total waiting time of 35 minutes with my car running and on a 30 minute lunch break.

You mean like, Macy, Nordstrom, etc...She said Yes! Lexi is their Cosmetic Consultant and assists customers with her expertise and Walgreen's product. She is invaluable!! I prefer buying my lip stuff at Walgreens than paying a fortune At Macys. Ruby, the Manager, is very helpful, she has taken me to several products to figure out my needs. Also assisted me with coupons, very friendly, approachable and available to customers. Every cashier is super friendly, one I remember her name is Kayne, she taught me about my coupon and showed me how to use it! GOLDMINE! I turned around and bought candy. Others taught me about the coupons on-line! I now order on-line and pick-up great deals same day or next day!! Lastly, if the line is long, instantly, they get another cashier or take folks to photo for check out. I have NEVER waited in line long. The staff is well trained, friendly and I love the sales!!

She was also quite rude when I said that's really not good business for FedEx as she said, we really don't care about FedEx so I left there and went to a FedEx drop off location in Clovis and was explained what happened and they said please please get a hold of FedEx customer service to let these people know as there's nothing we can do at our point, but they need to hear from you again I would never ever go back to Walgreens as never the same employees very rude. Didn't really want people in their store as there was customers behind me with packages and after seeing what it happened with me, they just turned around and walked out so I would never ever support Walgreens until they get their act together. First, as I was in self-checkout, she applied a $5 off coupon to my purchase, since she said she needed to test it. A few minutes later, I came back through with another purchase and she offered me another coupon! I had just gotten a 40% off one with my last receipt and said I'd use that instead, but I apparently didn't know how. I fed it into the machine prematurely and Kimberly kindly opened up the machine and retrieved my coupon so we could apply it correctly, without acting at all put out by my mistake. We needed tummy medicine, and the gentleman stocking those shelves asked me immediately if I needed help with anything. He was very friendly and helpful, even though we interrupted his work. The less positive aspect, I have had difficulty finding out their operating hours. As a mom, sometimes I need kid's Tylenol at 8pm. I've arrived before their posted close time to find the doors locked, on multiple occasions. If someone can address this on the door sign, as well as with google, that would be great.

They treat me with respect, and make sure I get refills in a timely manner. I love that they offer pick up and delivery. MyMed pharmacy is a real customer service oriented business. The staff is friendly and professional. The pharmacist, seeing that her pharmacy tech was on the phone, came up to the counter to help me. I called and the person I talked to on the phone was really nice and asked if I was paying with my insurance I said yes if they took it and they said they did. When I arrived I was greeted. This place was nice and clean they sold medical mobility equipments such as wheelchair, commodes and I also saw some bath products used at nursing homes/hospitals. When I got to the counter and asked about the nebulizer apparently they took PPO BCBS but not from trinity health... I'm not sure why but no big deal I just paid out of pocket for it. Recently, my PCP prescribed two antibiotics for infections, and she wanted me to start them ASAP. She sent the prescriptions to Manor Drugs. I called to give Manor a heads up. Long story short, the prescriptions were delivered within a couple of hours. I took the first doses within 4 hours from the time they were prescribed!!! Further, Linda at Manor was concerned about possible allergies to one of the antibiotics. When she first called me, I was not available. She persevered until she explained what I should look for with regard to a possible allergy and what I should do if I had a reaction. The people at Manor are caring and concerned about my welfare, and work hard to make sure my prescription needs are met. I give them a big thank you!!! You guys are awesome!!! I give them my very highest recommendation. You can't go wrong with Manor Drugs!!!
