They really overdid it with this store. It's massive, one of the biggest I've ever seen. It's drop dead gorgeous, too. Very clean. It looks like they have every product in the world in there. Once in a while you'll find a bare shelf, but they generally work quickly to fill those gaps. I don't recommend produce from here. Too many instances where it starts to turn after only a day at the house. Watch the scanner when ringing up your goods. I resorted to taking a photo of every price of every item I purchase. Even a few discrepancies is too many. I've also noticed a type of bait and switch by where a larger size package of the same product sits behind a sale sign advertising the smaller version. What then happens is you take the larger, more expensive item to check-out thinking you have the item that's on sale. End result? They push more of the larger size since they probably ran out of the stuff that's on sale. I watch to make sure it's not the other way around. That would be criminal and illegal. So far, I have NOT seen this. Just be vigilant while you enjoy this beautiful shopping experience. 06/24

She had no clue why the pharmacy would have a problem, so customer service called. They would not even answer the phone, and they held me on hold as they made the call. I'll use the doctor's pharmacy in their building the next time, just not worth the trouble

During my first visit, I learned that I had mistakenly scheduled my appointment at a nearby store. When I questioned why I was told because 3 months prior I got an early refilled on the same medication. I said true, but that was because I left some of my medication at a family member's house that lived all the way in Arizona and couldn't simply drive all the way back. Then he proceeded to question me as I didn't have my aunt mail it to me. I looked at him and said it's against the law to have a prescription medication sent through the mail. I'm sorry, but you are a pharmacist you should be well informed of the laws and regulations when it comes to prescription drugs. After about five more minutes of being interrogated, they still refuse to fill the medication. I said it was fine. I left and had to transferred over Giant Eagle that fills the medication with no problem or issues. I will never use Krogers pharmacy again.

We haven't been shopping at a grocery store in a while and it was nice to get back into the action…read more As we walked in the employees had segregated the clean carts from the used carts. They had fully sanitized the carts ready to go and that was pretty awesome to see. The store was stocked ok but they were missing some fairly common items. I would think that by now most of the items would be back, but what are you going to do. Once we gathered all of the items we headed to the checkout and it was nice to see that they were freshly cleaned as well. We saw the lady managing the self checkout cleaning as people left the station so we were sure that we would be safe to utilize the touch screen and credit card reader. Overall it was a great experience and we are pumped to get back in on the action!
