Visiting had to go to the doctor; my insurance card was not able to be used, they said, but the pharmacist seemed to have an attitude. Where I'm from, they would have even called the company to make sure what the problem was. I had to use it to see the doctor; it went through. I called myself when we arrived at a family member's home. They told me there was nothing wrong, and everything was in order. She had no clue why the pharmacy would have a problem, so customer service called. They would not even answer the phone, and they held me on hold as they made the call. I've been here twice, solely for the COVID-19 vaccination shot and the booster. These people take excellent care of you, exhibiting the highest in professionalism and proficiency. During my first visit, I learned that I had mistakenly scheduled my appointment at a nearby store. The attendant was unable to cancel that reservation, but he let me schedule at his and, although the next available one wasn't for an hour, allowed me to receive the shot right then and there. To keep a long story short, the young man who I spoke with on 2 separate occasions in regards to filling a prescription that my doctor called in told me that there was no prescription and there were notes from my doctor saying it should not be filled. Even after showing him the prescriptions in my mychart and explaining that my doctor confirmed they were sent in he treated me like I was crazy. He was incredibly rude and condescending. I called my doctor today and they contacted the pharmacy and spoke to another employee who confirmed that yes, they have all the prescriptions that were called in at the end of March and that there were absolutely no issues or such notes attached to them. THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ZERO ISSUES FILLING THESE PRESCRIPTIONS because everything was there clear as day. My doctor told them to fill the script and I picked it up this evening. Because of this employee I went almost a month without my medication. I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking there may have been some kind of technology issue but finding out the prescriptions were in the system the entire time and that he lied about doctor notes makes me absolutely sick. This young man has bleached hair on top and he should be fired. To deny someone their medication for whatever reason is unethical and abusive. On top of that, to treat me like I am somehow delusional and wrong when I 100% was not just blows my mind. No human should be gaslighted like that especially by someone "in charge" of medications. I plan to give feedback to the manager as soon as I find the contact information. read more

Spent over an hour on hold to check on a script that they had hours to fill for my pain management after surgery. They made this an incredibly annoying and frustrating experience when it didn't have to be at all. I will never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Incredibly unprofessional. Edit: after waiting several hours for them to fill my pain meds for my surgery, they called me an hour before close to tell me that they don't have my medicine. This place is pathetic and I beg that no one rely on this pharmacy. read more

The women working the front desk this afternoon was sooo rude and acted like she didn't want to help me in photo area , she was so short with me and another customer she was checking out snickered while she was being rude to me. I've used this location severam times as my pharmacy and the service is just terrible every time. One night they closed early and even the manager of the store didn't have an explanation. Another visit I waited second in line at the drive thru pharmacy window for 35 minutes. This visit I decided to go in. There were three on staff in the pharmacy department. One was serving drive thru and the other two counting pills. I was acknowledged when I walked up with a "I'll be with you in a moment." A minute later a second customer walks up to the pharmacy to the drop off window. The staff that greeted me immediately went to help this customer and left the pharmacy to help her locate items. Finally the third staff member noticed and helped me out apologizing for his coworker. Three strikes, you're out. Time to try a new pharmacy. read more

Just unbelievable. I have never heard of a pharmacy losing a prescription until it happened to me at this pharmacy location. They seem unconcerned and do not care about what they have done. Of course the prescription they happen to lose is the one for pain medication. So they said they would have to call my Doctor to have the prescription done again but 4 days later I called & they have no clue what I'm talking about. Will not be returning. read more

Husband was in bad accident (including broken arm) on Monday and hospital prescribed hydrocodone. They did not have any and was told should in a few days. That was not great but okay and bought some Tylenol extra strength. Went back 3 days later cuz Tylenol wasn't helping and wouldn't fill. Temp said it was their policy not to fill after 7 days. It had only been 4 days. Regardless just kept saying 7 days. Made no sense. Called corporate and still got no where and they couldn't explain why 4 days was 7 to this girl. Now I am retired law enforcement in my 60s, so not some suspicious looking character? Had to drive miles away to another CVS (pickerington) and had zero problem and only went to another CVS to prove principal of thing. Switching to Walgreens or Kroger in future and will NEVER use CVS again. read more
