You don't open til 9am, but I have to leave town by 8:15am. You used to have one of the local Meijer pharmacies open 24 hours but when the pandemic hit, you stopped offering those hours. OKAY, while covid is not completely gone, I think most would agree the pandemic has passed. So why haven't you returned to having at least one 24 hour pharmacy in town?!?! The other 24 hr pharmacies in town will not help me, you would have to transfer the 'script to them. In all other cases, your service has been good, but with this life-threatening failure, your poor customer service is frightening and potentially fatal for me!

All 3 cars in front of us were helped and when we finally pulled up, they slammed the window in our face and played an automated message that they were closed for lunch now from 1:30 to 2. It was 1:29 and they knew we had been waiting for 30+ minutes, with no cars behind us anymore. A total lack of respect and care for their customers, incredibly immature, especially when dealing with prescription medicine that people depend on to live. I have nothing but bad things to say about this pharmacy.
