I have been to this Walmart on multiple occasions they do not have a full produce. There is multiple fights and problems at this location, but I go to it only because it is next to my home. Although there are some nice employees, the overall atmosphere of the store seems rundown and not well taken care of. If only I could award zero stars. Dirty and disorganized store. We purchased an item in self-check out that was more expensive than indicated on the shelf. We realized the issue immediately and were told there was no option to return the item because the Customer Service desk was closed (at 530 PM with posted hours of 7 am - 9 pm). After waiting for a manager who never bothered to come, I looked online and found on the Walmart.com website that when the Customer Service desk is closed, a return may be processed at a manned register. I bought some items last week and needed to return one thing. So, I went in a few nights ago and they said that customer service closes at 7pm and you can't return anything after that. So, I went in again today at 6pm. The manager walked by me in customer service and said nothing. No one else helped me until finally someone said they're closed and you have to return again at 8am. I was so annoyed that I just left the item there with the receipt. For $12, it wasn't worth the aggravation. I will not shop at any walmart for at least a year now and I will tried to avoid that walmart for a lot longer. Back then I didn't have a car and I had to switch buses at the bus shelter across the street from the store. I had a 45 minute wait between buses so I would go in the Walmart to get out of the cold and kill time. I NEVER bought anything because I never spent less then 25 minutes waiting in the slow as snails register lines. It never failed that I hadto get out of line, and run out the door or I was going to miss my bus. So.... I went in there last weekend. This place looks pretty depressing. The shelves are EMPTY! I swear they most have been having a liquidation sale and no one told me. I needed some A t-shirts and the entire area where Hanes and Fruit of the Loom t- shirts are supposed to be was completely bare. I'm talking about four shelves from top to bottom. My experience with this Walmart contrary to these reviews was nothing less than exceptional. I ordered a product online. Had to take it back because it was defective. Tried to find the new item which was a basketball court portable. It wasn't available on the floor. Then Linda (homeline) went above and beyond to not only find the item that was not on the floor, but found it and got it for me. She was an absolute sweetheart!! Then two gentlemen assisted me with loading it on the truck and wouldn't let me lift a finger. Things are turning around at this Walmart, I'm definitely shopping here again! read more

Wow!!! It completely lives up to the hype. This place is dirty. The floors were sticky in the dairy isle? A very disheveled elderly woman greeted us with such an odder. We at no time felt safe because an odd man followed us around the store. Turned out he was homeless and kept asking us for money. I gave him five bucks and wished him a merry Christmas. Bad idea because now I guess he figured we were suckers and hounded us when we left. A story I will pick up latter. It was busy so can sort of understand why it was so hard to find help to open security cases to get electronics out for purchase. There were so many bags of chips and cans of soda opened and half empty laying around in the isle's. As Walmart's go, there selection of products was decent but if it wasn't so close to Christmas and it being so close to my home I would never go to and go to either Elkton or Wilmington to there Walmart's instead. And now leaving. We took our cart after waiting in line for 40 minutes behind a very large woman wearing the tightest spandex and paid. And after showing our receipt to security as we left. The homeless gentleman I had helped out earlier was standing outside waiting to walk us to our car and help us load it up. I told him it was unnecessary and slipped him another two bucks and a merry Christmas. Bad idea number two. Because now we were followed by his apparent henchmen. To shake us down. Honestly, I have lived not too far from this Walmart for years. Been in this Walmart numerous times. Never had any issue. Most places can be cleaner if you ask me. I suggest that any of you that think where you live is above something horrific happening you need to think again. Something can happen anywhere even in those areas where people THINK they are better than everyone else and live in an area that is better than everyone else's. Don't let your guard down no matter where you live. Thats exactly when predators attack. I always find what I need at this location. I go to this Walmart only because i live right near it. Walmart in general i love their prices & yes this one generally is stocked up on deals. This one has long lines all the time & not enough cashiers most times so you have like 4 really really long lines with frustrated customers. The weekend forget it,it is usually packed. the parking lot is huge though so no worries there. The employees alot of times are no help what so ever if you need help finding something or need them to go that extra step to help. Nope. So because i live right near it & it is closest for me i frequent here. the cleanliness is sometimes questionable. This is the Walmart I usually go to. The location is pretty convenient and near some major roadways. Parking lot is big. I wouldn't go to this store on the weekends when it is crowded but checkout generally doesn't take too long. The store is typically adequately stocked, unless they have an unusually good special and run out of specific items. My only real complaint is concerning their site-to-store service where you order from walmart.com and have it delivered to this store. There often isn't someone attending to the site-to-store counter, so pickup could be a problem. read more

I shop there because its convenient not because I really want to. For one, they stopped Price Match and have been quick to point out on two occasions that Management has the right to change any policy at any time! Also thought it was strange when I bought a printer that was defective and I took it right back with my receipt, that it took several minutes because the Cust Svc agent took all packing materials and every single piece of hardware out of the box and inspected it (even the ink cartridges) along with the serial number. There's probably a reason for that but I have NEVER experienced that before--at Walmart or elsewhere. read more
