I was able to pick up a fresh seeded loaf of bread for $2.59 this morning on my way to work for this evening's dinner. I was pretty happy about this random turn of events. They also will special order for you up to 7 pm the night before to have ready for pick-up the next morning. 4 stars alone for this service. I only wish I had known about this sooner. It's a trek to get decent bread from anywhere from my house. At 8:30 am they only had 3 loaves, so I'd suggest stopping in on the early side if you desire a loaf of chewy, crunchy goodness. Otherwise this is a standard Heritage's. Nothing fancy & it still looks the same as it did 20 years ago. No bells & whistles like the newly upgraded Super Wawa down the street, but it's a lot easier to get in and out of here on your way to 295 from Woodbury. And they feel more like a local neighborhood shop. I'm sure I'll be back just for that bread.
