I have an appointment to mount and balance 4 tires at Auto Center. Ken, Juan and Jonathan were great. They help me out with all the transactions, check the tire and rim and let me know upfront what need to be done. There was also a lady at the counter. She was very helpful. Halloween merch was 90% off, but only half of everything was ringing up correctly. There was one real register open, so I had to go through the self check out. two different "managers" were called over to change the prices and they were so rude, no eye contact, and got bored of changing prices after a few things. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. I was polite and explained that gift wrap is not $10 originally and is not ringing up 90% off and one girl said, yes it is. False. This walmart has THE WORST customer service. No registers open and "managers" refused to change wrong priced items on clearance multiple times in the weirdest way, they just ignore you and walk away. Auto is a total crap show, cancelled on me multiple times until they didn't cancel and then were like, Oh, we dont work on Toyota Pruises after I literally had been scheduling with them for over a month. i had a tire appointment for 2 pm, got there 20 mins early and Sean(team lead Automotive) said he couldn't check me in until 1:55( walmart policy). 1st strike the lady who took my appointment recorded the tire size wrong, so i would have to spend more money to accommodate this mistake. 2nd strike after work was completed Sean couldn't close the order for some reason. 20 mons later i asked if those were my keys and was told yes. well can i pay and go? no the invoice wouldn't close, can you get someone who can? finally after waiting longer and asking for a member of management "sean" went and hid, i thought he was the team lead? after 4 pm now and only purchased 2 tires and mounting i ranted asked if i could pay and leave. they couldn't give me an invoice with list of work preformed. incompetence at it's finest at store#2118. more than 2 hours for 2 tires and NO member of management could be bothered. 3rd strike, never again Walmart, never ever again read more

Wasted 23 minutes trying to get someone to answer the phone. Was trying to make an appointment for tires. Finally got through and was told to call first thing in the morning to make the appointment, so I did. Again had to call multiple times to get someone to answer the phone. Finally got through only to be told they were booked the ENTIRE WEEK. Why wasn't I told that the night before? I won't even get into the other issues with this place. The big dude with glasses in the electronics department is psychotic. Like he just made up a bunch of weird policies that don't exist. Didn't honor Walmart sold online pricing. Told me I couldn't buy a certain game and just took away all the copies. Started telling me about news that just isn't real, googled in front of him to check and just nothing. Insisted on stapling my receipt to the bag even after I asked him not to even put it in a bag and not staple it. This is the third time I've dealt with him and I honestly avoid this store often because I know he will be there. I don't know how he hasn't been fired from acting like this. I went to Walmart with my fiance, brother in law and children to pick up a few things. We finish shopping and we're waiting for the cab next to the nail salon and security walks over harassing my brother in law because he was walking back and fourth to see if the cab arrived. He had a very nasty attitude. Every time I come to this Walmart I spend no less than 100$ and I'm always followed and looked at because I have a cart full and I'm with my kids. I purchased four tires on-line through Walmarts and requested that they deliver the tires to the local Lunenburg, MA, store. After two days of calling after being notified the tires were in, I finally drove to the store and waited 30 minutes to make an appointment to days later. They mounted and balance all tires and I drove five miles home. One of the tires was flat the next morning. It looked like the tire did not full expand on the rim; there was an 3/8" gap by the rim. I drove the Honda Fit back to get the flat fixed. They said it was the tire stem. The next two required that air be pumped into several of the newly mounted tires. Walmart Customer Service said that I should hear from the Store manager within 72 hours. I will not bring the Honda Fit back there. Beware of Walmart's untrained auto mechanics!!! read more

This Walmart has had a MUCH needed face lift on the inside within the past few years, but still has its quirks and could still use some improving. Although it is way better than it used to be. This location is your average Walmart sans the huge grocery section, however the luneburg location does have a small grocery section. read more

The gal who answered the phone, transferred, ,I got no answer, and then an automated response asking for a code of some kind. With the coming of the Super Walmart to Leominster foot traffic is way down. I did not have to wait in line at all today. Prices are good, but the layout is different from others in the chain, and there are language barriers with some of the staff when trying to get information on where things are. The vision center charges less without insurance than you pay with insurance for glasses. However they are not always there during posted hours so call before heading over. The auto center parts are low quality. read more

Each time I've been told by the department to please hold for a quote, and then have been disconnected after about five minutes of holding. Be aware when you are bringing your car in for service at Walmart Lunenburg. We brought our car in for an oil change and a flat tire repair and left with a shattered driver side window that happened while they had our under their care. No one wants to take claim for the damage and we were patient enough to let CSI review the damage. It has been almost 2 weeks and needless to say, we were denied for the claim and Walmart has not made any effort to reassure us the damage they have left on our vehicle. This seems to be a smaller Walmart with longer lines but generally more helpful employees. I had tires mounted at the auto center and shopped around. The mounting and balancing was $13 per tire ($5 for mounting, $5 for balancing, $1.50 for stem and $1.50 for tire disposal) but they didn't have a lugnut replacement for mine which must've fallen off so I had to go back twice. The work was done quickly and the employees were friendly. There's no fast food stand inside which I thought odd. read more

I've been coming to this Walmart since it opened. Aside from the convenience, selection, and great prices, the real value to me has always been their Tire & Lube service. I've probably brought in 10 cars for service over the years and been very happy with the results. Plus I can shop while the car is in the bay. Over the last year, it has all gone downhill. Not sure if it's because the managment has changed, green help, or poor morale. On the weekdays, forget about trying to get it done after 5pm. On the weekends, you can get there at 7am, 1st in the queue, but no one is there to do the work? - to me, you're NOT open. Lately, and lastly, it's taken longer to complete a simple, basic oil change. Contrast this review with an experience we recently had at a Walmart Superstore in NH. It was a Saturday, and the battery on our car died. We had it jumped and drove to the NH Walmart. The store was very busy. I walked up to the counter and one of two associates was waiting for me. I asked for a battery replacement. Within 10 minutes the whole process was done - keys in hand. The area associates worked with each other like a team, and we drove away as very happy customers. read more

I made an appointment for my mother at the vision center because this is contracted with her insurance. So her appointment was about a month away 2 hours before her appointment I got a call from the vision center saying they couldn't verify her information . So when I called them back they got her name wrong and date of birth don't know how someone can get that wrong but ok. So after I gave them the correct information they called back and said they called the insurance and her insurance company said She has no vision coverage for yearly eye exam. I thought that was odd I wasn't the one that took my mother to her exam my sister did so they cancel the exam because person who worked there said my mother can pay out of pocket for the exam which she didn't. I work in the pharmacy and deal with insurance and customer all day. First off why wait 2 hours before patients appointment to verify if they have insurance ? 2nd off I doubt they called the insurance company because if they did the insurance company probably let them know they should've billed Spectera for the vision coverage since her vision coverage is with United Health. because when I called UnitedHealth insurance and verify if she has vision coverage they told me yes and that the vision part has to be billed under Spectera. So I am upset because whoever was the one helping us didn't know what the heck they are doing. Let's be proactive and not wait 2 hours before patients appointment to verify coverage and on top of that giving us the wrong information. I made an appointment somewhere and they were able to verify her coverage within a few seconds. I'm not a complainer but I think it's ridiculous to wait 2 hours before to verify patients insurance coverage and telling us we have no coverage. Very unprofessional. read more

This Walmart really needs improvement! I would NOT go there again. I went to the store for an oil change and tire rotation/balance. The representative told me that I would need to wait for 2~3 hours. It was Sat. and I did understand that, so I told her it was OK and I'd wait. My family did some shopping, while waiting. I checked their progress several times after 3 hours of waiting. By the end, we spent 5 hours in the store and found the wrong type of oil was put in my car. Before the service, I clearly told them that 5w-30 should be used for my car, but I found they put the wrong type of oil in my engine (again, for the 3rd time that I visited that store). I was very disappointed for the experience that day and I will never go to that store again (I should have done that after the first time). read more
