Nothing has been done about this for months. There needs to be an action from Corporate to implement to have staff attendants check the stickers on a periodic basis to protect consumers. -Someone I know had their car window broken and contents stolen while inside to pay. Shell does not have any security cameras anywhere at this location. Be alert and careful. -There has been a homeless man living next to the store front entrance for a couple of months. He seemed to cause no harm, however approaches people at any time of the day to ask for money. No one seems to mind him and I haven't seen him in a while. -I have seen a man urinating on the side of the building once. Disgusting. People just ignored him. Perhaps part of the gas station needs to be more well lit to deter these kinds of actions. -I have been asked by random strangers for rides while I was pumping gas. Do not pump gas here at night alone or without a gun (If you are a CHL holder). Price: The price at this particular shell station ranges from good to fair based on average prices around the North East side of Houston. I really think it's random though. Sometimes other Shell gas stations are more expensive or less... 2014_12_29 - UPDATE They replaced the broken seals with new ones. Added 1 more star to the review!

There are not a lot of gas stations around this part of town, but when I'm nearby, I get fuel here…read more I have two particular pet peeves about this place. One is that they list the first price 10 cents lower than the next, and in very small writing, indicate that the price is for cash only. The second is that I always select Unleaded fuel, and on several occasions, just before pumping, the pump changed to the premium selection. I could not change it to unleaded without cancelling the transaction and starting over. The staff in the station is nice, but they are constantly out of multiple types of scratch-offs. They have a decent selection of snacks, including small sizes of Blue Bell ice cream. The lanes are rather small. You cannot squeeze between any of the vehicles in the lane to exit, you just have to wait until they are done fueling. But I do appreciate that they play while you pump. It makes the pump time feel like it goes by more quickly.

I have multiple times requested that they add paper to the gas pumps so people don't have to constantly walk inside for their receipt. What really upset me is that I walk inside and all the employees are in the front laughing it up. Just having a blast......well if they have so much time in their hands how about stacking the paper out there on the gas pumps?????. I'm just saying bad management, if you ask me. Another thing is their prices marked on the items are not the prices that items will ring up at the register. It happened to me twice now.
