They did inform me about the 3 bolts that were loose. Told me to come back tomorrow or I can do it bymyself since I live an hour away from this shop. I came back home and notice oil is still leaking from my oil pan and my underneath of my car was soaked with oil. My garage had oil leaks and stains. So I had to put an oil catch can underneath my car to prevent more oil leaks and stains in my garage. I'm never coming here ever again. I learned my lesson. I was a customer here since 2017 under sams management but ever since they had new management the same quality and service isn't there. I'm not trusting them to work on my car anymore. I'm sure they would have probably repaired it for free or did something but what if the same problem came back on again? And it takes me an hour drive to get to their shop. I think its not worth it for me and its a waste of my time and money coming here.
