Plant-It Palms sold the previous owner about $10K in palms and installation work, without any consideration as to the Zone. An arborist they sent out explicitly told me two years ago that most would die in a freeze and he was spot on. Plant-It Palms does not warranty their work even within a year of planting. In my case, they said they had no records on the address. Do your own research.
