I wouldn't go back to use this gas station or car wash if I was running out of gas! The staff is a terrible combination of "inept" and "rude.". The car wash is a complete joke and a waste of money. My wife and I both tried it with similarly terrible results. It is super old, weak, beat up equipment that does a half-*ss job of cleaning your vehicle. I ran my SUV through it a couple days ago and it wouldn't even clean off a thin layer of snow on my car!! The friendly store people could not figure it out, but encouraged me to call. I kept trying to use my Nitro card and it soon would not let me buy even a soda. I called the company ( which by the way is in the Philippines). They could not figure it out either evenly with their broken English. I asked for a supervisor but was told after 15 minute wait that they were busy, but would call me back. Well that never happened, so 3 or 4 days later I called them again. Still the same run around but, I was told that now I had a small outstanding bill that they had turned over for collection. Well up until the Nitro card fiasco I had perfect credit. So my word of advice is don't ever get or use a NITRO card. Maverik is an off shore company with dubious business practices. BEWARE! I know they say there located in Salt Lake City, but contact numbers only get you the Philippines and people with bad English skills.

First, they told me they ordered the replacement tire -- but when I called on Monday to check the status, they admitted it was never ordered. They placed the order then, and by Friday, I was told my tire was finally ready. After picking it up, I realized they had ordered the wrong tire. On top of that, my wheel had several major scratches. Thankfully, Salvador, was very helpful and understanding throughout all the issues. He helped get the correct tire ordered and did his best to make things right, which I really appreciated. Still, when I went back to have the correct tire installed, the wheel came back in worse condition than before -- this is a new car to me, and my wheels were brand new when I brought them in. They did offer to reimburse me for the cost of having the wheel powder-coated to fix the damage, which I do appreciate, but honestly, that doesn't make up for the carelessness. I now have to spend my own time and energy finding someone to repair something that should never have been damaged in the first place. First photo was Friday, the first time we picked up the wheel. Second photo was today after the correct wheel was put on. ****EDITED**** 11/27/25 I received an email from the support team saying they would reach out, yet it has been over 2 weeks and no response. I did have to take my vehicle to another shop because Discount Tire did not balance my wheels, and weights had been knocked off. Not only that, the new shop informed me that my wheel is bent. I was never made aware of this in the many visits to Discount and multiple times they had my car/ wheel. If i could rate 0 stars I would.
