I ran my SUV through it a couple days ago and it wouldn't even clean off a thin layer of snow on my car!! The friendly store people could not figure it out, but encouraged me to call. I kept trying to use my Nitro card and it soon would not let me buy even a soda. I called the company ( which by the way is in the Philippines). They could not figure it out either evenly with their broken English. I asked for a supervisor but was told after 15 minute wait that they were busy, but would call me back. Well that never happened, so 3 or 4 days later I called them again. Still the same run around but, I was told that now I had a small outstanding bill that they had turned over for collection. Well up until the Nitro card fiasco I had perfect credit. So my word of advice is don't ever get or use a NITRO card. Maverik is an off shore company with dubious business practices. BEWARE! I know they say there located in Salt Lake City, but contact numbers only get you the Philippines and people with bad English skills.
