Love this Wal-mart, huge and well laid out. Has a large food section. Still selling Twinkies??? I thought Hostess cakes went out of business a few months ago. Anyway, good selection general merchandise at very competitive prices

The quietest I've ever seen the store!

Great location, lots of other great stores and restaurants close by, open late! I'm here pretty much every week, sometimes twice a week! Fresh produce, meat, etc. Plus they'll match literally ANY flyer that you bring, or anything you pull up on line with apps like Flipp! Really saves you having to go to 15 different stores! Return line can get slow, they don't always have enough staff on at night... But otherwise it's a nice store, cashiers are nice too!

This Wal Mart has been reorganized to support the Super Center remodeling of the interior space. This Wal Mart was also a migrant from what used to be the Wal Mart at Honeydale mall on Dundas just east of 427. This strip mall big box area across from Sherway Gardens is a very busy area that includes Best Buy, Old Navy, EB, Home Depot, etc. Parking here while there is parking all the way to part where North Queen meets the Queensway is still a very busy area on weekends. This particular Wal Mart has packed a lot more since the addition of additional groceries and the the shuffling around of departments to accommodate that addition. It's still a very busy place an any given day but especially on weekends. The electronics section most notably that used to be in the middle of the store has moved far to the back and to the left. Besides that this place is still a Wal Mart that has more now than before but still has what it had before including your garden center, hardware etc. The restaurant in the store is still McDonald's after the checkout in the south west part of the building. I find the Wal Mart near Dundas and Dixie is much more spacious and it seems to be bigger. They take passport photos at the Dundas and Dixie one but not the North Queen one.

    What the heck man...a dollar?!?!!

the clothing selection is a bit of joke, i went in here to find pants, and i found size 34-38, and then nothing until size 50. when i went to customer service to ask if i could order pants under my size, i was told that "the distribution centre, sends us whatever they send us, we're not able to place orders like that" i was advised to buy off the wal-mart website instead. still a great place to go to the bathroom though

This Walmart isn't my fave. The setup is weird and there's no deli counter in the grocery section.

Possibly the worst I've been in. Messy, disorganized, low stock. Few organic items.

Shopping at Wal-mart for groceries is basically the equivalent for shopping at Winners for clothes.

First glance, it's ... basic but I do have to admit the materials do put this above your average spot. I do find the store to be open... like OPEN. I would even dare say the store is under utilized because there is a lot of space and sparse inventory on the racks. Everything is in the basic black and white. Nothing is eye catching and I'm not sure if it's meant to be that way. I often find the store empty all the time. So yes... basic fashions. Simple, functional, and well made. There are lots of flowy lines in the women's side. It strongly reminds me of a paired down simplier aesthetic compared to Club Monaco. You won't find heavy materials or pin tucks. Size way, it's generous ... maybe they grow them bigger in Vancouver but even the slimmer cuts are very generous on me. Most lengths hit mid calf which is odd looking for someone who is short (like me). Service is quiet but helpful. I dont think they actually approach or look at you till you need help. When you do, they're willing to step it up and find what you need. Price wise, this is where it excels better than Club Monaco. You get nicer materials and wear of these pieces for better pricing. Also, I'm happier to support a Canadian brand. For me personally, I dont think the style is quite mine but if I'm ever needing some good casual clothes, I would be willing to step into this store.

He was exactly what you would want in a stylist- friendly and accommodating without being the least bit pushy. Let me emphasize my word choice there- he came across as a stylist and not just a sales associate looking to close a sale or upsell you on accessories. It was also my first day in Toronto and so he kindly gave a bunch of local recommendations for good eats! As far as the actual clothing selection, there were so many other cute items that I would've bought if I had the space in my luggage! They had outfits across the spectrum, ranging from casual everyday wear to more fancy/formal wear. It was also mostly organized by color which was helpful. If you have an event coming up or are just looking for a new outfit, this is a great spot!
