One summer ago, I bought a brand new Cub Cadet riding lawnmower, and foolishly purchased an…read moreextended warranty, which ended up with Asurion. I will not purchase an extended warranty again because it does not good. Not even a full year later, the Cub Cadet abruptly stopped working. I tried to get it to the only authorized repair shop (Complete Outdoor in Terre Haute). I have now been going back and forth with Asurion telling me they should be getting to the repair soon, and going around in circles with Complete Outdoor. It has been at least THREE MONTHS now, and STILL no repair! I then contacted Cub Cadet customer service, and they told me I could use "any reputable repair shop," but when I called another shop, they said "no." So now I am stuck with a useless "warranty," a lawnmower that will not run," and credit card bill through TSC. Not a good way to do business, guys, and I definitely won't be buying anymore lawnmowers here. Rest assured, I will be sharing my experience with anyone thinking of buying a new lawnmower.

If I could give them a negative integer I would give them -5 stars. The glasses were very…read moreexpensive, cause I picked the best possible frames and the script got all the "bells and whistles." I purchased the best possible set of specks I could put together, and then the ladies at the front office were rude and had sour looks everytime I looked at them. Then I got the run around and was misinformed on when my glasses would be ready to pick up. They all had some kind of sour look on their faces. I didnt see not one single smile from any of them. Then when I did pick up my specks they wouldnt even throw a cleaning cloth in after I spent a small mint on these glasses. Just ungratefull and rude. I was told that I could purchase a cloth for $3.51!!! 1st of all this is the 1st time that I have ever paid an eye clinic for glasses and I'm 49. I think they are committing insurance fraud. However, I have no physical evidence to support this fear. I'm considering calling the IRS, my insurance for possible fraud, and the better business bureau to get them audited and maybe closed down. I am not normally a negative person but my experiance here was so dreadfull that I just had to write this review. I originally went to this clinic aproximately 1 1/2 yrs ago and I could bot even wear them because they were so heavy that they were digging into the bridge of my nose. I didnt say anything and kept using the pair that I've had for 8 yrs now. I didnt make no big deal about it. I just filed it away in my brain and gave them the benefit of the doubt and like I said " i am not negative nor am I a complainer. So they got me on the 1st pair. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them a 2nd chance to properly service me. Mistake. They just took advantage of me, I'm guessing that the name of the clinic is just letting everyone know that they can expect to be taken "Advantage" of. I believe they are taking their customers to the cleaners and taking "Advantage" of them and their insurance company. They are crooked and corrupt. If I could audit them, I would. I'll never give a single cent to them ever again! They do not belong in a medical field. The doctor really needs to look for better employes. The women in the front are just so rude and I felt like I did something wrong, however, It was as I expected the problem wasnt me it was all them. I'll never darken their doorway again. They don't deserve the position they are in. In a medical capacity. I put together the most expensive pair of specks that I ever owned and they would'nt even throw in a cleaning cloth. Every single eye clinic I have ever done business with only charged my Insurance. I paid $112.00 for the script and the frames are the best I could find in their showroom. Nike frames, light weight and indestructable frames That were close to $400.00!!! Just the frames and I could'nt even get a cleaning cloth to clean my specks with. Thats another 1st for me as well, for I have always been given a little cleaning kit. Everytime! This is the 1st time that they wanted to charge me extra for the little cleaning kit thats usually given to me when I pick up my glasses. I believe they are crooked and I bet that they are breaking the law without even batting an eye. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and the IRS so they might seek justice for all the customers they have ripped off and treated them crappy. I know I won't have any regrets for this review or the phone calls I am going to make in the hopes of seeking Justice. They will never get the opportunity to take "advantage" of me ever again. If any of you experienced simiar treatment then it is your right and your duty to expose them for the cold hearted criminals that they are. I really hope this review will help some of you to take a stand and seek Justice because "WE" deserve better treatment. Take control of your experience at the eye clinic. And do yourself a favor and don't ever get taken "advantage"of again. So I really hope this helps somebody that has experienced similar treatment. We can take back control of your vision impairment so that you might see as clear,y as I do now. Physically and financially. Thanks for reading this review all the way to the end. I pray that this review helps at least one person who has been taken "advantage" of by these coldhearted uncaring crooks that have been laughing all the way to the bank with your money. sinceraly your friendly neighbor advocate Richard Stone 2/10/2023
