Walmart s are generally very customer friendly stores but this one is different and disappointing went there evening of Feb 2nd 2020 Was here Sunday evening and walked in without talking the cart As soon as we went in we realized and tried to go out An Indian lady an employee was standing there and was rude as to why we couldn't bring in before we explained we didn't realize but she wouldn't stop there till we said yes and does she want an apology ? This Walmart is the one closest to my home...and honestly, it's a disappointment in comparison to some other locations, especially their stock levels. They never seem to have anything organized nor stocked when you need it. Their produce is at least fresh and they have a lot of clothing... But other departments are lacking and unorganized. This is one Wal-mart location I don't mind going to all the time, if I wasn't living so far from it :-( First time being here and what a great experience. Prices for most products are reasonable and on sale (while some are expensive). The place is clean and I find they stock up their shelves really well compared to other Wal-mart locations I have been too. Customer service: Great staffs, and willing to help/locate items for me. If I could give it 0 stars I would... place a grocery delivery order for the first time through the walmart app, my order was to be delivered between 5-6pm, at 4:40 I received an email that my delivery was on its way, 6:30 still nothing, called them and the customer Service guy told me some lie bout delivery driver has bad weather conditions (by the way its a beautiful day outside), said they are gonna try to get a driver to me soon but if no one comes by the end of the day to call them back tomorrow, like wtf I needed those groceries for today (wish included medicine for my toddler)... So... I never come here because it's unorganized, staff can never help you find anything and they are rude. However; I gave it another chance the other day. Shopped for what I needed that was fine, then I cashed out, that was fine as well... and then I get to the door and the door lady asks to see my receipt. (I have multiple bags full of groceries in my cart). I told her that the receipt is at the bottom of one of these bags and I have no idea which one. She made me take out all the items from all my bags, and the receipt was in the last bag.. and then she took my receipt and when through pretty much each item. I have never stolen in my life. It was about 10:00 am. And she saw me walk from the cash to the door. I'm a tired new mom, who barely has the energy to grocery shop. And then I have to go through all that. Don't come here. And then to top it off the lady says "if I don't do this who will?". Um the answer is no one... it's stupid. If I were to steal I wouldn't bag everything in fresh new bags and walk past you. Worst Walmart I've had any experience with. Waited an hour and a half for my online grocery order after arriving within my allotted pickup time. They couldn't tell me how long it was going to be or expedite my order since I was already here. I also waited over 5 minutes to someone to pick up the phone to let them know I was here. So this place is under renovation... and I only stopped by here cause it was on the way. The place is very confusing with everything being moved around and nome of the items are organized. Babies department is a complete mess I had to look for long sleeves for my daughter and they have the boys and girls mixed up and nothing folded (I know the mess is also caused by customers, but they are top focused on the renovation that no one is cleaning the departments..) the dairy department is all over the place they have what near the bread which makes no sense. Milk is in the back but cheese yogurt are nowhere to be found. They have improved the beauty department which I have to say I'm surprised since their beauty was so small and messy. They have the small beer section like other walmarts and of course only few cashier lanes that will see beer Hopefully they finish the renovation soon so that the next time o visit there will be a better shopping experience read more

Beware; the cashiers at this location are the most miserable depressing people I have ever seen in my life... I seriously wonder how they treat the employees here for them to be this way. They seem very upset to be there and god forbid you have price match to do they're going to literally analyze every detail to drag the time out.. if you buy groceries and actually work in a grocery environment you should know what the products look like.. no rocket science needed here. When I use the Flipp app everything is clear for your eyes to see so I really hate it when they keep grabbing my phone to zoom in. It's just not hygienic... I literally dread coming here.. if you're looking for a better location, try the one in Oakville.. the produce is way, way better and the people who work there are so friendly.. I use to hate that saying if you don't like your job then quit but seriously why are you here to bring hell to people's day??? Put a smile on your face and say hello the customers, they will actually appreciate it. Also beware, they hire cashiers with clearly no cashier experience. I had a situation when I last visited where the cashier logged in onto her system somehow that I was using a credit card but it was my debit. I had to take all of my items out of my bags and re scan them.., I tell you as a mom of three with a very busy life I just don't have time for these issues.. This walmart location is the worst one i have seen. Ordered online and went there to pick up in the evening time but nobody showed up. I left and went again next morning . they answered my call and said wait. after 15 mins called again and they said 5 more mins. I called after 10 mins and they did answered my call. Then i went inside the store and the asso said get your money back which I didn't asked. After waiting couple minutes she said need 5 more mins. A white lady cane after me and she resolved her issue and i was still waiting. Then she brought my stuff after waiting almost 30 mins inside the store. I asked for store manager and the girl on customer service desk showed attitude and said manager not available. How this kind of big store running. zero customer service at this location. The service is consistently bad, the store is usually dirty and I cannot think of a good thing to say about it. Thinking it through, if you are willing to forego a level of service and environment for the best price then you could find items here at a low price. However, you get what you pay for. Also, as my son found out to his dismay after purchasing a pre-paid gaming card with a damaged strip and coming back an hour later these types of purchases are final sale and you are forced to track down the appropriate number to call the vendor. read more

I walked into this location, saw an older black female employee and wanted to ask her where I could find the Mother's Day cards. I said "Excuse me Miss..." and this bi*ch walks right past me and blurts out: "I can't talk to you!" WOW. She saw me and just blew me right off. Nice. Real nice! Keep hiring these low lives Wal-Mart. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. I'm sick & tired of waiting in your long lines and dealing with your rude staff anyways. You obviously haven't heard of this little thing called the internet. Just a over all horrible experience. We went to Walmart tonight to get a few things. Went to express check out, I had about 5 items and waited a good 15 min .. some ladies with a cart literally full we're checking out. With only 2 cashiers working on express it wouldve been faster to go to any other line.. anyways finally our turn . I was with my husband and he had a separate transaction( 3 things). The lady cashing us out tonight around 8:30pm was HORRIBLE. First I asked a simple question if a bathing suit could be returned if tags still attached. She rudely said NO and still put it in my bag. I said ok I'll pass on it then. She was obviously annoyed. Then she starts going on about I should get a Walmart credit card. I said no thank you. Then she said why? .. not any of her business I said I'm okay thank you.. then she tells me it's good for me?.. weird.. so my husband said no thank you firmly he said the interest rate was lower on our credit cards we have now.. she tells us to pay our bill right away so we don't have interest? We found this strange but didn't say anything. But then I notice she charged me 15$ for a movie with a 10$ sticker on it. She started my husbands transaction and shooed me away. Told me to go to customer service. I looked over at the big line and asked if she could take care of it I didn't have time to stand in another line. She put her hand to my face and shooed me off. My husband had enough of her horrible service and asks for his transaction to be cancelled. He refused to give Walmart business. We went to stand in line once again to get refunded when we got approached by her??! She literally followed us. She went to my husbands face and told him " no point in asking for manager everyone is busy" like what the hell is happening to customer service. Anyways the guy at customer service was great. He called the cashiers name as to tell her to get out of my husbands face and then he reimbursed us for the difference. He called a manager we didn't even have to ask and she was great and understanding. She told us a few min prior to us talking to her ,that cashier approached her to tell the manager a customer is mad because she is too fast when scanning? That wasn't the case at all. It was she went so fast that she double scanned things and over charged and then was rude and shooed us off with a lecture on not wanting her credit card recommendation . It's just mind boggling that someone with her horrible service is employed. I would recommend putting her on stocking shelves or anything not to do with the public . read more

I saw the optometrist humiliating and embarrassing a customer today, in front of her toddler, because she was on Ontario Works. She, the doctor, made it a point to shout out so that everyone could hear, and kept asking who it was that was covering the prescription so that the young mother had to keep repeating it. This is not the Canadian way. This is not how you treat people. Especially when you're supposed to be a healthcare professional. Boycott this place and spend your money elsewhere. read more

Oh gosh...where do they find these employees???!!! I have tried several locations & I must say a good 60% of the staff were rude, didn't know the products in store or just made you feel like you are disturbing their daily soap opera chats when you ask a question....seriously?! this is a chain store! the least you can do when there are 60 of you working TOGETHER is look around at the merchandise or ask your colleagues if you are unsure of something....or wth?! maybe do the effort of looking around for a second!!!! Maybe it's just me, but I hate having to chase employees for anything & I swear they are hiding all day until you find one & they get mad!!! lol It's like where is blue Waldo! & some of the older employees don't even look like they know where they are!!! I must say though, I will always continue to shop at walmart...I have found some pretty good deals & that's all that keeps me going.
