Yet they still have the canceled items available for repurchase on their website! And they have the audacity to expect you to wait 10 days to get your money back! The incompetence of Walmart never ceases to amaze me. I ordered the Frigidaire 26lb. Portable Countertop Ice maker, Blue, EFIC108 from Walmart online and it was shipped out of Bethlehem Pa. This is a giant steaming turd of a Walmart. They never have things in stock that walmart.com says the store is supposed to have. And if you need help finding things, well the best I can say is good luck. Three associates today could not tell me if they had windshield washer fluid in the store or even where they might have it even though the website said that clearly the store had it in stock. Eventually an assistant manager type was summoned and he told me that what is listed on walmart.com has little bearing to what is actually in stock at the store. So, the evil empire gigantor retail company with the world's best distribution system is apparently incapable of telling you if they actually have windshield wiper fluid in Bethlehem, PA nor are they capable of telling you when the next truck with it is coming. I have seen some things about Walmart vs. Costco in the news recently on pay and services and visiting this location for a Site to Store pickup I was hit in the face with what seems to be the poster advertisement against Walmart for their business policies. Site to Store is a great idea. No shipping fees. Order something online that the local location does not stock and go in to pick it up. Online you get this cool receipt with a barcode which leaves you to believe you are going to walk into the store, have it scanned, and walk out 5 minutes later. I have no idea if this is the usual experience but the place where you need to go (way in the back of the store) only has a sign for the restrooms (that I remember seeing) and back there was a line for layaway (and perhaps other things) that did not have many people in it but took FOREVER to run through. I have nothing to pay, nothing else to do, please make a special access just for pickup! Waiting through this mess just to get an item that is waiting for you in the back is INSANE! read more

I had placed a Pick-Up order not realizing this store doesn't bring the items out to your car. I called and, Yorina (I believe), stated only the super-center stores bring your order to your car. I explained that I had a newborn and 4 year old and it's a hassle for me to go in. She so very kindly offered to bring it out to my car for me. Was my first visit to the Walmart. This store was very nice, even due to the fact that my visit was on a Saturday evening. Only problem I encountered was there were some items missing from shelves that I was looking for. I asked many employees were stuff was and they were all very helpful, and with a smile. OK, I found the store a bit strange with layout; however, someone did ask me if they could direct me to what I was looking for. Grabbed my items quickly, and then, OMG, a cashier invited me to come to her open lane! I was out in no time! That is impressive for any Walmart IMO at 2pm any day! Walking out, yes, they do have seagulls, even saw a hawk, so great place for bird watchers. Anyway, typically if you go to any Walmart other than at 7-8am or after midnight, I was impressed. Shame about the seagulls but that could be both store and customer problem. At least this parking lot is tidy, Whitehall store has garbage in the parking lot because clientele must be crap. Yes, store pickup is in rear of store. So much convenience of that. read more

This Walmart is much smaller that what I'm accustomed to. They still have many of the departments ie clothing, decorations, sporting goods etc. I think the clothing sections take up about half the store. Many varieties in clothing options to purchase...from tops,to underwear, and tank tops. There's an aisle for cards/gift wrap/ decorations/party supplies all in one. And their food section is about 4 aisles right I'm the middle of the store near the registers. Overall store was clean,and we'll labelled. I was able to go in and find the items for my baby shower gift, all but one. Issue I have with this smaller Walmart. read more

Besides the fact that this walmart tends to be organized, it's in a great location. If you have a variety of shopping errands that need to be accomplished then you can go to Walmart, Home Depot, TJ Maxx, Giant, Radioshack, Goodwill, GNC, and Sears Essentials. Had 4 Wal Mart select gifts cards to be used on pampers products. Assistant manager questioned where I got them and I explained I purchased 4 gift sets from Wal Mart that they were included in. She then said it's up to her if she would except then and she chose not to without any explanation. I called cooperate customer service to verify and they explained that they should have excepted them and she will have the manager from the store call me within 3 days. Here we are 1 week later and still no phone call. Awful customer service from the beginning to the end. What a joke! read more

I support Robert S.'s review of this Walmart, especially the mistreatment of the disabled. They are bigoted and retalitory . If a person needs assistance, they will likely find mucus in their pills; be laughed at by pharmacy staff while there; told to go get TX at another Wal-Mart farther away; be overcharged repeatedly; made to wait excessively and repeatedly; told repeatedly the rx will be ready but it is not so the victim keeps having to wait; and told outright lies as well as placing blame on other pharmacies--likely to make themselves look better. I was told by Carrie if I complain, it is disrespectful and rxs will not be filled. I asked what to do regarding their disrespect, and she had no answer. I asked for corporate office number and if there is an issue, if I can use customer service desk to call and resolve. Carrie, Chris, and (David at 1-800-Walmart agreed acceptable). If you are disrespected and are retaliated against, I suggest going to customer service and asking for phone to call corporate. Also, document everything and get a lawyer. If they try to blame other pharmacies; lie (it takes hours to return an rx); and lie more (the store manager is not there (as unloading truck of toys and no walkie talkie and associates do not want to walk in the back to get him); do not be fooled They have to lie and place blame elsewhere and they have to do it a lot to keep any business. Most rxs I get at CVS and there has never been a problem. Also, the pharmacy manager at CVS does not have a mean, rude, or dismissive bone in his body. If they make excuses and try to deflect blame, don't believe it as likely not true. I know the pharmacy manager at CVS as I worked with him as a technician, and I know when I am being misinformed due to the same work history. If you are mistreated, dismissed, or misinformed, call 1-800-925-6278, either from the customer service desk or on your phone. Also, thank you to the bagger that checked for handicapped carts; the greeter who amazingly was able to find the store manager who was not supposed to be on the property; reporting of non-handicapped using handicapped parking when some desperately need it; and a bagger's willingness to walk an rx over to the pharmacy when a person can't walk anymore as lost walker/cane; no handicapped parking; and no handicapped carts. Also thank you to customer service for finding the store manager that was not supposed to be there. If you ask for the store manager and not a manager on duty at the time and are told not there, call corporate and they will find him and send him an email. It seems the regular employees are more accommodating than managers who perceive themselves as overworked and don't want to be bothered. read more

I purchased a 55 inch LG Led TV from Walmart. On display it said it had incredible hd picture, 240 hz motion clarity index, 120 hz refresh rate, and trumotion technology. ( which gives the hd TV "soap opera" affect. Anyways, I hooked the TV up to both a ps3 and a blu Ray player via HDMI. I attempted to play games, movies, Netflix, etc. The picture quality is no better at all than a vizio LCD TV I bought 7 years ago.... I called LG and Walmart, because I purchased the 3 year warranty from Walmart on the item. Now in the TV menu under settings, LG claims there's an option to turn tru motion on/off. I spent hours trying to find this menu option. I have the latest firmware and am using the industry leading technology for hd graphics content. In my menu options there is no "tru motion" option at all. LG won't replace my TV, and Walmart won't do anything about it either. So I am stuck with a 770$ TV that has the same quality of another brand LCD TV that I could get for 100$ bucks on black Friday. I'm sooo tired of being screwed..!!!! read more

Out of stocks, or they don't know when it is coming in to be restocked. This Walmart is absolutely awful. The layout of the store does not make any sense, and they never have the items in stock that Walmart.com says that they have. I asked multiple store associates if they would be able to look up an item to see if it is in stock, and no one seemed to understand what I was asking. The customer service desk is barely visible, and the girls working the desk barely even acknowledged that I was standing in line, let alone answer my question. The associate did not even speak to me and just took my phone and showed it to another employee, who said that he did not think that they had it and told me to go to another Walmart. Useless. I went into this (September 16, 2019) Walmart location today only because of an item I saw online that was only sold in-store. Once in the store I was told by a female customer service manager that there were two items in-store however, no one wanted to search in the back for the item. Eventually, after making several requests to the manager in that department I was told that the system was not properly updated and the item was not actually in-stock. I settled for a different item and requested to speak with a supervisor about a military discount which I have been afforded online in the past. I was not allowed to speak with a manager and was given several excuses as to why! Eventually, after my persistence, I spoke with the store manager named Aaron. I reached to shake his hand and state my plight but he was very passive-aggressive towards me and offensively rude and condescending, to say the least, while denying the military discount. Aaron also had an issue with the service animal I was with and proceeded to blurt out in front of other customers and sales clerks all of the reasons the service animal could not be in the Walmart. I later called Walmart customer service and spoke with the manager Tracey and expressed my concerns regarding the disrespectful way in which I was treated at this Walmart location by several of their representatives and managers. I ordered a kids car from the website. Service from the website was great and the shipping was fast. I ordered the iteam on Saturday and it got delivered to the store on Tuesday. I was happy to go pick it up but when I got to the pick up desk their was no one at the desk they took about a half hour to come to the desk and look for my item. the lady did not have a good attitude and was talking to me like if I did something wrong to her.
