My best guess was it wouldn't last 2025 December, it would be closed down. But when I entered the store last year I was completely blown away all because of Sean Conner. This store manager (SEAN CONNER ) is the best and greatest manager O'Reilly's could ever have. Sean Conner you are an amazing awesome personality ever. As I did so, and not with my face pressed to the glass like some kind of weirdo mind you, the following happened. What seemed to be a manager, judging by his dress was inside and as I was walking back to my vehicle I peered back inside the large open window and the gentleman inside shook his head. The same individual walked outside to grab something out his vehicle shortly after about the time of 7:05am, when I attempted to grab his attention, stating and very politely mind you, and I quote ... "My friend, would you mind hollering at me when your doors open ... Need quickly to grab a fuel filter". His pace to his vehicle didn't slow down as I asked this nor did he really acknowledge my question, he turned his head, wave his arms with a cigarette in hand, and responded with a sideways look, "we're open now" it wasn't the verbal response that caused me to pull out the parking lot and drive an additional 10 minutes to an alternate location, but his tone of voice and demeanor were increasingly unfriendly, waving his arms as if he was irritated with me waiting until open. Very poor first impression. Suggestion improve customer service. I know we can be difficult to handle and some need a chair to the face, but it's not difficult to answer a simple question such as the one I had with a little more effort and friendliness. Very very dissatisfied with employee interaction at this location. Maybe he was having a rough day idk. So I am editing this because I felt like returning to that location out of pure curiosity to see if this guy was just having a bad morning and my poor previous review on his customer service skills were not only reaffirmed but even worse. I have one additional comment however. I do not know this man but I so know corporate HR and companies evaluation of current managers and his behavior on this day had to undoubtedly be due to a third party influence. This is the only rationalization I can come to in an attempt to justify our interaction. I say this because no company on planet earth and especially one with checks balances and evaluations, would retain someone who routinely acted like this and if so Auto Zone your corporate structure needs restructured. The manager of the oil change place claimed that my car was old and that it wasn't their fault. I initially took my car to a different shop for a diagnostic, and that shop claimed the oil cooler was broken, and quoted me $3700 to fix it. I was floored by this, because the online quote from the same shop was $500-650. After they refused to budge, I found Ernie's who gave me a far more reasonable quote for the same repair. I had my car towed there, and got a call from Ernie's almost immediately. Imagine my surprise when Ernie's said that whoever had changed my oil had left the o ring off, and that's why it was leaking oil. The first shop had missed this obvious issue, and proceeded to quote me an exorbitant amount for a repair my car didn't need. Ernie's fixed it and I picked my car up the same day. I have had no other problems. Total repair was $16. Unfortunately for Ernie's they now have a customer for life. :) Save your time and come here first. After saying the letter GPS multiple times I even did it using words for each letter after the third time he finally got it. His sarcastic comment that's why the phonetics alphabet was created. Well, you had to be paying attention to pick up that alphabet and obviously you were not. When I told him I would call another tow company as it might work better. He said that no tow company would do it. Let me tell you there's plenty of tow companies in Columbus without the overpriced snark. The person that came enjoyed the tip on top of the charge. I will honestly recommend anybody other than this company. The other gentleman was less expensive, there sooner and very friendly.

I contacted Steer&Gear by phone to order a Mopar power steering gear with the "Modern" firm feel and stops for use with a fast ratio Pitman arm. I spoke to Carmen, who seemed familiar with the application. I was told it would be a few weeks for them to build a gear to those specifications and ship it to me, then I could return my core to them. For my project stage, the timing was okay, so I placed the order. Shortly after that I received an email with my invoice from Linda confirming that it would be a few weeks, and she would call for payment when ready.  About eight weeks later, I had heard nothing yet, and was ready to install a gear, so I contacted them for a status.  I received a reply from Carmen that my gear was in the works and would be read at the end of the following week. I also got a message from Linda stating the same. Over two weeks later, I still had not heard anything and the gear had not shipped. I canceled at this point with Carmen. Oddly, he didn't seem to care. I contacted another company, had a firm feel gear delivered within one week at half the cost and no core required.  The new gear works fine and the other company provided excellent customer service and communication.

Went back the same day to see what they can do about it after waiting in line for about an hour... they said "there's nothing we can do about it, there's no oil leak, take it to Firestone and get it looked at" (they always tell you that by the way!!! basically saying we fucked up but there's nothing we can fix) Didn't get any money back, they didn't even try to tighten anything... bunch of unhinged people that don't care about others highly don't recommend!
