I came in for a synthetic oil-change and added on Brake Flush and Radiator Flush. Then upon paying the $350 charge, I presented a coupon that only applied in California (small print). So I came back 2-hours later to present a local $50 Off Bronco-Owned JL coupon. I was told they couldn't accept the coupon. 2. I already knew that I had a slight transmission leak. I was quoted $120. They had to order the part, so I returned the next day for the Trans service. Upon concluding and paying for the service, the bill came to $289. Unfortunately, I was not given a paper estimate the day before on my first visit. So the original verbal quote I received was not accepted by the manager. Again, I presented a $20 Off coupon for the transmission service. The system did not take it - and they simply applied a $15 Off promotion instead. Again, happy with the service overall, but the change of a quote price and non-usable coupon(s) were a big disappointment. It seemed like a typical automotive service/repair experience, where you come in for a simple oil-change and end up adding more and paying 3x-4x more!!! I must say that my vehicle needed the additional items. I just hope that if there is a problem with their recent service, that they will grant their warranty policy.....

They told me that I would have to have three separate diagnostics (at $154.00 each) before they could work on it. This was non-refundable and NOT applied to any work done. I could stretch and see maybe two diagnostics, but three? a diagnostic for a tune-up?? I asked if the test for the tuneup should probably be "on them" because I would assume that most mechanics know how to do a tuneup. Even I could do a tune-up and have done so when I was younger! Maybe this is a trend now, but it seems to me that the customer is paying to teach the mechanic what is wrong. We went to O'Rielly's and got the diagnostics done (free) then went to my original mechanic who fixed everything for $204.00. Car runs great! I would love to know if this sort of gauging is normal in the trade now.

Heartbreaking Experience - Complete Failure in Service and Compassion…read more I took my vehicle to the Jiffy Lube at 1930 Poinsett Hwy, Greenville, SC on October 15, 2025, for a diagnostic and other services. My car had a few issues but was running fine when I brought it in. The very next day, it wouldn't start at all. An employee tried to drive it to a nearby gas station, where it completely broke down and became inoperable. My car was left there, and I was offered no help or support to get it back. Later, I was told the head gasket had blown and that no refund or solution would be provided. What made this even more devastating is that the manager watched me scramble to find money to fix my car, knowing I needed it to attend my grandmother's funeral. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Because of this experience, I lost both money and my vehicle. Jiffy Lube truly failed me--both in service and in basic human decency. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Dylan kept us informed throughout the process. When they found the problem, they were upfront about the timeline for fixing it, so we decided to have it towed to our usual service station.
