Shopped around for tires. Keith was the most professional and knowledgeable person I dealt with. Way more personable than others. It was worth the few extra dollars to work wit Update. Somehow my rebate did not get processed. Although past the expiration date, Brandon processed a credit without a hassle. Somewhere I read that "fix a problem with a smile and you build a more loyal customer than if no problem occurred". read more

Professional staff; affordable prices. Always great sales going on on reputable brand name tires. Came in for a tire repair but due to the location of the nail I had to replace it entirely. I ended up replacing the set without breaking the bank, and Discount Tire covered my purchase with a 75,000 mile warranty. Definitely the best place to go in an emergency; work was finished within an hour. Thanks! read more

Excellent service and very professional. They had us in and out in less than an hour. I would recommend this location for new tires.

Excellent service . Fast , friendly and efficient. Checked my tire , fixed it at no charge !!

After a very bad experience with Costco Tires (who made it next to impossible to get my warranty honored on Michelin Tires that lasted only 30,000 of 60,000 guaranteed miles), several of my friends pointed me to Discount Tires. What a difference! I walked in without an appointment and THEY apologized for the way I had been treated by another company. They agreed that I needed new tires, but took almost the equivalent of what the warranty would have reimbursed me off the price. Within an hour I was on my way with brand new tires. They earned ALL my future tire business. This is a nationwide network of stores that gets it right. read more

Bought 4 Michelin Defender tires. Had an appointment. Truck went in about 15 minutes after appt. time. Was ready about 15 min. later than what was quoted but was still about an hour for 4 tires and balance so I was very pleased. Most places if it goes in within an hour of appt. your doing great. I like that the mechanic brought it out and quoted pressure and lug nut torque and they did not break any sensors like Fstone did. I'll go back. Would give 4 stars but service rep did not mention the 60.00 discount alignment coupon I was promised at appt. scheduling and I forgot to ask so probably a trip back to pick up coupon. They do not do alignments but they do a helluva good job on tires. read more

I'm giving 5 stars because of Hector, the Manager. I had tires put on my car recently and for whatever reason, the one hubcap came off and busted the clips. I was going to purchase a new one at the dealer until I found out it was going to be over $115 to replace. Went back to Discount Tire and told Hector. He said no problem, he would replace it at no charge!!! He was fruendly, helpful and willing to make ir right. Thanks Hector read more

Excellent service and very well managed. They've streamlined the process to reduce wait time. 2 new tires. Arrived at my appointment at 1:10. Back in my truck at 1:35 read more

Always absolutely best! Quick. Courteous. Fair. It's the chick-fi-let of car maintenance! Many times they've done essentials (flat repair) for free, so I ALWAYS bring them my business! read more

Amazing service! I had a very large nail in my tire and was really stressing about getting it fixed. Sam's Club (where I got my tires) told me that they didn't have time to fix or even look at my tire because they were fully booked for 1 week! I made an online appointment at 8am for 9am and they took me right away. They were very helpful, as they could tell I was nervous about whether they could fix it or not. I was there about 35 minutes. They fixed my tire, put my spare back, and made sure all of my tires had enough air in them! The best part, they did this FREE of charge. I will definitely be using them in the future. I highly recommend them! read more

Our tire had a flat that couldn't be patched and we needed to buy a new one. Discount Tires (Wade Hampton location) had the tire we needed in stock, we were in and out in about an hour, and the customer service was EXCELLENT. This is now our go-to place. I can't recommend them enough! read more

First of all being a woman I want to go to a place I can trust. This definitely fits the bill . Secondly I was stunned how clean it was . Third , no one talked down to me . Brandon helped me and was professional and kind throughout the process. They are busy and I noticed a lot of people had been there before so that's definitely a plus . No hidden cost , everything was explained in detail. There was coffee and bottled water while you wait . This is definitely my go to place . If you need tires or service definitely go and ask dog Brandon. read more

Excellent service!!! Great experience! Found 3 nails in 2 tires and charged me nothing to repair them. Made my appointment online and had no problem. I will definitely get tires here next time I need them. read more

This specific Discount Tire is wonderful. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. I had a hole in a tire and wasn't sure if it was patchable. Not only did they successfully patch the tire, they didn't charge me anything! They even put new caps on the tires without me asking - again for free! I will be back anytime I have a tire problem! read more

How lucky am I ? My husband treated me to a full set of tires (that's one on each corner) for Christmas! The icing on the cake was the service we received with what I can only describe as one of Santa's Little Helpers. The technician who looked after us was named Ben. Don't be fooled by his boyish charm, wit, and rapid repartee - this man certainly knows the meaning of customer service. His knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Discount Tire is lucky to have employees like this. I cannot recommend this franchise any higher. read more

Free tire patch. Free tire rotations. Doesn't matter if you bought the tires from here or not. They're fast and friendly. I'm not taking my vehicles anywhere else for tire needs. Robin up front was incredibly helpful and they got right to work. Outstanding! read more

I've left a review here before with 5 stars, and I just feel the need to again. I got new tires on my truck and this is my 2nd time coming back to them for my free tire rotation. It blows my mind everytime I come here and no matter who helps me it's always good customer service and always happy. Wish all businesses had this kind of respect and attitude towards their customers. read more

I have purchased multiple sets of tires over the years at discount tire. This is my latest adventure. I ran over some nails in my one year old truck with the original tires. I went to a different vendor on the other side of town who informed me the tire could not be repaired but they could replace for $200. I asked them to put the spare on and after the holiday I went over to discount tire. I was ready to buy four new tires at discount tire--They looked at my tire and said those nail holes can be repaired. They repaired/patched the nails at no cost, and put the spare back under the truck. Who could ask for better service. read more

Always great service whenever you need them! I've never been disappointed! I just came in because my car got shaken around 60. They rebalanced and rotated for free! read more

Yet another problem with this company. First, the location in Spartanburg on Blackstock Road, and now this location. This time it's my husband. We dropped his work van off today at 10:30am to have a 60,000 mile service done. At 6pm he hadn't received a call that it was ready so he called them. They say "Oh yeah, it's ready. We close at 7pm." So we leave to go get it & we're there by 6:30pm. Lo & behold the van is NOT ready. They hadn't even taken it for a test drive. They take it for a test drive & come back & pull it into one of the garages. We still.sitting here waiting on it at 7pm! This will be the LAST time either one of us will use Firestone for personal or business related service. read more

Called 2 different times. First time got a quote per tire for my vehicle. Next day I called and ask the sales person that answered the phone , what was the total price per tire. He quoted tire $138.00 and I ask him if that was all and he said yes. I made an appointment for 11:30 for the same morning. After the tires were installed and they called me up to pay my bill, that's when they told me about the $16.00 per tire charge for mounting, etc. Total misleading and hidden charges that were not told to me up front.. Of course it's after the tires are mounted that I found this out. Talked to the manager and he said I should have been more specific in my question. I told him that I had ask the guy for the total price per tire and that should have covered any cost. He acted as if it was my fault for not asking the correct question. Needless to say I won't go back and I own several vehicles. Too many other tire shops that state you the entire cost , especially when you have ask. I will definitely warn people to stay away from Discount Tire. read more

I love going to discount tires friendly staff they work fast and hard to get you in and out you can go and get free air put in your tires they check your tire pressure for you. I will definitely continue using discount tires. read more

I purchased four tires online and scheduled an appointment to have them installed at the Wade Hampton store. When I arrived the associate went out to look at my current tires and he told me I only needed front tires. He explained that because the car is front wheel drive the front tires wear twice as fast as the rear tires. I spent half the money I expected because he sold me what I needed, not what I purchased. I so appreciate this man of integrity! read more

What can I say. Pulled up the review for a competitor as I wanted to give some local owned company my business. After looking at the negative reviews while sitting in the parking lot, I looked elsewhere. Discount Tire was fairly close, I looked at their reviews on Yelp. Well, based on those, I chose Discount Tire. Glad I did. I need a slow leak fixed as it kept lighting an indicator as to the right rear tire leaking. I tried unsuccessfully to adjust the pressure and clear it. Discount Tire, checked and found it was the left rear causing my issue. The truck was confused as to which tire was where. I needed my tires rotated and balanced, which they completed in about 30 minutes, repairing the leaking tire and correcting the sensor issue. I paid for the rotation and balance and they repaired the tire for free. I was expecting to spend an hour or 2 there. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick they completed the job. The employees were very friendly and professional. Next time I have a tire issue, I'm going there. Good job guys! read more

This location just told our 19 year old college student trying to drive back to school tonight they could not do a 5 minute plug on a tire at 15 minutes til closing. This is not the customer service level I want from my tire store. (We have 7 cars) read more

They put tires on my car and my husband's car and sold us on their warranty; however, they do not stand behind their work. My tires wore out at half of when they should have and my two front tires were down to the belt in a very quick amount of time. When I took it in they said this was because something was wrong with my car. So, I took my car for service before replacing the tires so the mechanic could figure out what was going on. The problem: DISCOUNT TIRE - they put different sized tires on the left and right sides of my car. When I questioned them about fixing it they only want to prorate the value for replacement. I wouldn't need to replace them all if they'd done it right the first time. read more
