I had issues with the last place I'd been going to because they always called with some other major thing that was supposedly wrong with my car to charge me extra for something every time I went in--even when I was already paying for major repairs. I know it's because I'm a female and they would try to scare me into more work being done. Choosing Pro Tire was the best decision I could have made. I will definitely be returning for future service. Thank you so much. I'm truly blown away by the kindness and generosity. You just don't experience that kind of service very often these days.

Unlike so many other tire shops this one was clean, had a seating area, an area where you could work on your laptop, and a children's play area. The invoice checklist didn't match what I saw (lights marked OK with a headlight already out; oil monitor "reset" though I had to do it myself). A manager later said he'd make it right after I showed Groupon proof and never called back. Paying $141.79 for that experience was disappointing. Looking for a full refund from corporate.

Heartbreaking Experience - Complete Failure in Service and Compassion…read more I took my vehicle to the Jiffy Lube at 1930 Poinsett Hwy, Greenville, SC on October 15, 2025, for a diagnostic and other services. My car had a few issues but was running fine when I brought it in. The very next day, it wouldn't start at all. An employee tried to drive it to a nearby gas station, where it completely broke down and became inoperable. My car was left there, and I was offered no help or support to get it back. Later, I was told the head gasket had blown and that no refund or solution would be provided. What made this even more devastating is that the manager watched me scramble to find money to fix my car, knowing I needed it to attend my grandmother's funeral. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Because of this experience, I lost both money and my vehicle. Jiffy Lube truly failed me--both in service and in basic human decency. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
