I used my roommates car to get to and from work over the next few days. I'm a 12 hour 3rd shift worker, so didn't have time to deal with the issue until today. One of my wonderful neighbors removed the battery for me and we took it to O'Reilly's, which is where I had purchased it around a year ago. Explained to them what happened but they had to charge it to see what the problem was. Turns out there was a dead cell. They pulled me a new battery and I pulled out my debit card, thinking I'd have to pay a pro-rated price. Nope, didn't cost me a penny, they said they sold me a bad battery, so it was no charge to me. Love this store, love the helpfulness of the employees and love they're excellent customer service!
