Mike explained to me what will be done to seek out my issue that was brought to my attention by Valvoline when getting an oil change. Our car is covered by Car Shield which paid their portion, and we paid $100.00 deductible. Mike was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. There were not any extras padded on our bill. This shop took care of what was actually the issue. Mike gave our car a good check and did a very good and quick job.
