I usually call around to Advanced auto parts, O'Rielly's and Pep Boys and this is by far my go to. The workers are helpful and nice. They also check your battery and alternator for free. I bought an alternator from them recently for a '96 Toyota Tacoma and it was ~$175 tax included after they refunded me $50 for bringing them my old alternator. If you live in Taylors or near this store I'd recommend them. They do get busy but if you can be patient they will help you accordingly.

They showed interest in purchasing my vehicle & I was handed a print out stating I could come back when I was ready for them to actually purchase. I came back a week later with the paper and pretty much gave them the keys to my car & my title with no payment in hand. I was told he would be right back with the check as he walked out of the room. He came back in the room and informed me the owner wasent in yet & he would have to wait on him to come in and sign the check. Was told they would drop the check off to my job later that afternoon? After waiting 5-6 hours on the "owner to show up to the dealership to sign the check" ... I started speaking to other employees who informed me the owner does not have to be present and managers can sign checks. I eventually backed out of the sale because I felt very uneasy with all the different information. The manager came outside and apologized for the confusion & let me know the checks are usually not available until the next business day. I would've been fine with that if they told me that that morning as I waited around all day on it. Everyone I've ever met at Steve white has always been very nice & professional. I appreciated the manager coming outside and apologizing for his salesman's actions.

Explained to them what happened but they had to charge it to see what the problem was. Turns out there was a dead cell. They pulled me a new battery and I pulled out my debit card, thinking I'd have to pay a pro-rated price. Nope, didn't cost me a penny, they said they sold me a bad battery, so it was no charge to me. Love this store, love the helpfulness of the employees and love they're excellent customer service!
