I am absolutely freaked due to past car-issue trauma. And I have my dog with me, so I am worried about him, too. I see an O'Reily's a few hundred yards away, and go there, so thankful they are open. Their staff member Jay takes one look at me and says, "You look distressed. Don't worry - I got you!" He ran some tests on my car and we figured out my charging system (alternator) is failing. Yeah, the one I just got replaced last October. He recommended me to nearby Val's Garage (see also that review) that is open on Sunday morning and also gave me his contact info if needed. My car did make it to the garage Sunday morning. Stellar service. SO appreciated. I'm in that area a few times a year, and if I ever need their services, they would definitely get my business. This dealer sells pieces of crap and then won't stand behind their cars. My husband wasn't offered…read morea warranty. He was told to "sign here saying I offered you a warranty". We bought a car for $6,000+ in October 24. On Monday, January 13 it broke down and we need a new engine costing way more than the car itself. My husband contacted the dealer and was told "You're out of luck because you didn't get the warranty". 2 months with a vehicle!!!!! They take advantage of people who are desperate and then have no compassion or willingness to help.

I picked up the car after engine was replaced, drove car for 1 month and engine failed. The internal water pump failed which leaked antifreeze into my oil. Car was not able to be driven until this was fixed. I paid 5,000 dollars for labor and engine. He did not stand by his work, he wanted to charge me 3,000 more dollars to replace my water pump. I said no because he already lied about how many miles were on the engine. I have taken the car to a dealership to have the water pump replaced / not sure if the car is even able to be fixed because when water mixes with oil it can burn out your bearings and cylinders rendering your engine useless. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A DISHONEST PERSON WHO DOES NOT STAND BY THERE WORK.

On 5/2/26 my elderly mother received 50% of the value of her trade when she went in alone. She…read moredidn't know any better and had no clue what her car was worth. Suffers from dyslexia and early dementia and only has a 5th grade education. Shes never had to handle her finances and when she tries it doesn't go well at all. My sisters and I have POA and handle her affairs to the best of our ability. They gave her $10k for a 2021 Honda CRV with 66K miles, then posted it for sale on their website the next business day for $27k. The trade in value was min 20k per every online source that I checked. My sister and I went to the office and spoke with Rusty (the owner). After much back and forth and very unpleasant experience, we ended up agreeing to an "even" swap after he refused to give the Honda back as requested. We feel the dealership took advantage of her. I am not expecting anything further from them as we came to a mutual agreement to swap the vehicles and they wiped out the $16k loan for the Kona. However that speaks toward the original deal that he agreed to take that step when confronted. My mom likes the Kona and she got to keep it. Are we satisfied? No. The Honda was a safer and higher value vehicle and it was paid off. But had the original deal been even close to the fair market value for her trade, we would never have intervened in the first place.
