I came here for my annual inspection as well and, even though there were 6 cars ahead of me, they got to me in less than 20 minutes. From the time I drove up to my arrival home and inside several miles away was less than 25 minutes. Because I drive so little it had been two years and about 1200 miles if that since my last oil change. I had a very generous coupon provided by their website and what I paid today was actually about a dollar less than what I paid two years ago. That is unheard of.

Took my car here for the first time after my oil change I noticed my car was leaking oil. Guy kept telling me they close in 30 mins and was rushing through my car. He also asked me if I had issues opening my hood which I haven't touched as their the last one to touched it during my old change. I tried to open my hood when I got back home and the latch broke off, which I wasn't notified. Not sure if he pulled on it since he was rushing and the latch broke or the guy that did the oil change broke it . End of story, he didn't fix the leak, he wiped it off and told me to come back at an earlier time not before their closing which I would if I had the time. Oh best part was, he couldn't find my car in the system and told me to bring back a receipt when I come back. This place used to be ran better with the old guy that was at the front desk, now they got someone who doesn't care running the front desk and fixing your cars. I called to schedule service and was able to go in the next day. Leo was welcoming, courteous, and attentive. The oil change, tire rotation and alignment, and a thorough inspection were done in a timely manner. I used a discount code I got in the mail, but they also offer AAA and military discounts. If you don't have the money for repairs you can also pay with Affirm and if approved you would make monthly payments. This is a great option for someone on a tight budget. The one thing I did not like is that I know the AC needs repairs, but they would have to do a diagnostic before any repairs which will cost you almost $200 alone.

When I started asking about my brakes the story was suddenly flipped to "We can't do that today" but your brakes are okay. Also, they conveniently ran out of coolant they said I needed. I took it to another place and the brakes were fine. The coolant system was fine. The windshield wipers were also fine. It should also be mentioned that they wanted close to 40$ for the windshield wipers. Truly disappointing experience at this Jiffy Lube. Time to find some other business that won't try to screw coming and going. I have been a customer here for many years and won't be returning.
