During this visit, I brought in a company car to have a flat repaired. It was fixed in less than 30 minutes with none of the BS run around that you expect at DT. Customer service is always great and they have a huge selection of tires. This is a great shop to bring your vehicle to for repairs at a FAIR price.

The 2 guys and manager are ba k and forth across the shop several times, pulled another Porsche out and parked it, never talked to me. Sat there fpr over 40 minutes with no service!!! I wouldn't take a bicycle there for repairs. Went up to Villasenor's (where i should have gone anyway) and they had me fuxed up in 10 minutes. Don't waste your time on this place​

We were in an RV with a blown rear tire. Saul brought the correct replacement tire, removed our wheel, mounted the new tire, checked pressures on the inside tire, and put the new tire on our RV in about 17 minutes. (The day before, a different company near Lubbock took about 2 hours to just put the spare on the inside, because they didn't have the right jack or longer socket. Ugh!) Saul was very prepared with all of the right tools. N&L needs to make sure Saul stays on the team because he is top of the class for us. Thank you!!

I unfortunately popped my back passenger tire the night before, so I needed a new tire. I was at the shop as soon as they opened at 8am on Friday. I was promptly assisted and was offered the choice of a new or used tire. The service person leaned towards the new tire because of the state of the roads and the amount of road construction. I ended up replacing both back tires because of the tread and having had to repair both several times. Within 25 minutes, both my tires had been taken off, the new tires put on, and the spare was put back in the boot. The price included the tires and a small fee for the labor. I was floored by how simple and quick the process was. There was no quick talk to upsell me or try to get me to purchase items for the car that were unnecessary. I had a wonderful experience at A Flores Tire and Auto so if you need tires or anything else to do with your vehicle, bring it to them because you won't be dissapointed.
