I went inside to get a new pulley and was greeted by Bubba. He was amazingly genuine and helpful off the bat. He asked about why i needed the part and then offered to loan me the tool cart to get my pulley changed out right there. I've never done much auto work but i did some YouTubing and between that and Bubbas knowledge of ford trucks, i was able to get it swapped out. Bubba went above and beyond and helped me save time and money. He also helped me learn something new and gain some confidence in my auto repair skills. He was a real blessing and a real amazing representative for this location and the company in general. Since then, I've only bought my parts and auto supplies at advanced auto and will continue to do so. Thanks again, Bubba!

    Very impressed. Had a brake failure on Ram with trailer (around 20 thousand gvw). They had brake…read morepads but could get the rest of what we needed from warehouse in about an hr. Let us use their yard to tear down, in the rain. Brought out a rain coat for us. Had the rest of the parts there in less than hr. Thought we were done until in the process of bleeding brakes a brake line blew. We had had enough, so got a motel rm. One employee , with Toyota, drove us to the motel when he got out of work. They offered water for our dog and gave us a drain bucket (made in USA) for her water dish. All were over the top in helping us, men and lady. Thank You from Vermont

This one goes out to my out of state folks I live in North Texas and stumbled onto…read moreECAS from an auto trader posting of a salvage title 2019 Ford Mustang and mainly worked with George over the phone, asking questions about the car and some behind the scenes info and what not. George and the folks on his team were real easy to work with and talk to. Couple things to note, they only take wire transfers, money orders, or cashiers checks so my EFT, credit/ debit card folks are gonna be stuck unless you want to fly out there. I made my purchase on or about 3/20/26, and George even worked with me on getting set up with a shipper they'd planned to have come out towards my neck of the woods that following week, but unfortunately that fell through. I received the car as advertised on 4/18/26 after using Montway auto shipping via UShip and it is a beauty. All in all, the staff at ECAS was great, very patient with me because I'd called NUMEROUS times during the month after purchase for updates and such. I would just recommend that there be a little bit more explanation of what to expect when dealing with shipping companies and how long that process can take.

    This is a review for Advance Auto Parts, Inc.; not a specific store…read more Ordered a Vacuum Brake Booster (online) for my trusty '91 Jeep Laredo. The part arrived on time, but our other car immediately had to go in the transmission shop for weeks. The Jeep (even without power brakes) was our only car during that time. When I finally could put the Jeep into the shop, I opened the box to find the part shown in the pictures below: rusted, filthy, the rubber boot torn, actual human hairs stuck to it. No evidence of a rebuild job at all. I suspect they shipped me someone else's returned core - whether mistakenly or not, I don't know. My shop *would not* touch the thing! Advance Auto Parts' website says that their stores will accept returns; I went to one nearby (attached to PepBoys). They refused the return, likely disbelieving that Advance would ship such a part and likely thinking I was trying to return a junk part stripped elsewhere (please believe: absolutely not the case). I called Advance's Customer Service line this morning, explaining what had happened. They contacted the store, and after a *long* time on hold returned to tell me that they were standing behind the store's decision, and that they would not accept the return even if I paid to ship it back to them. Was I careless for trusting Advance, not checking the part when received? Sure. But otherwise: **I was shipped a junk part, and I am now out $190.28.** And I'm being treated like a scammer. Sweet. EDIT, ONE WEEK LATER: After several phone calls AND several emails to Advance Customer Support, I was shocked to receive a phone call from the local Advance store's manager, saying that he wanted to make things right. He did accept the return and refunded the entire price. So that's good. But still, it was a heckuva week and this did eat up a lot of time during that week. Adjusted from one star to two.

    WARNING RE: ADVANCE AUTO PARTS Mel recently bought a…read moreturbocharger ($1200) from these folks & paid Paul Bailey Chrysler in RI $480 for installation. Part was defective; Mel did get $1200 back from Advance Auto but they are refusing to refund the $480 he paid for initial installation of THEIR defective product - to date they have only offered $250 and this is AFTER filing complaints with the BBB, Attorney General and FTC. This is a company with 4,401 stores in the USA, worth $9,000,000,00 employing 71,000 with annual sales of $8.9 billion, and they are refusing to reimburse a paltry sum of $480. They claim it's against their policy, which is a very poor business practice.
