I wasn't sure who to talk to about my vehicle, and somehow my ticket was lost, so I wasn't informed that my truck was done. After a while, I figured "it has to be done by now," and sure enough, it was sitting there in the lot completed. It had probably been finished for 30 minutes or more, but no one told me--I had to ask. So, all in all, quality work on the vehicle, fair price, but a little chaotic and disorganized.

About an hour…read morelater, I received a phone call from a technician at Welch Nissan asking me to bring my vehicle back ASAP.The reason being that they didn't put enough oil in my vehicle .I told the technician to give me 30 minutes and I'll come back.The vehicle that got the oil change was at home cause i switched out to my work truck after the oil change.I return home about 20 minutes later to get the vehicle and take it back ,before starting it I checked the oil and no oil was on the deep stick I drove my work instead .When I made it to Welch Nissan I ask for the shop manager and informed him of the problem.We had a few unpleasant words for each other because he tried to convince me it wasn't a big deal to drive on 2 1/2 qts low on oil .His final statements I couldn't believe!!! he said I was a new customer and my vehicle was six years old ,that I might had engine problems before I came for a oil change and the most disrespectful thing he said ,I was there trying to get something I didn't report a problem with my vehicle, they called me, and I know driving an engine on low oil can cause problems. I'm not sure if i have any engine trouble yet. At that point, I called the police and made a report while the officer was taking my report he repeated what he said to me in front of everyone, including the owner. Let me make this clear I'm not a new customer at welch Nissan they have been serving all three of my vehicles for six year and including the body repair shop.But it shouldn't matter if I'm a new customer or not, professional high quality service should be provided to everyone that walks through the the door.

brought my truck in to have a new radiator support installed and told a quote price he even looked…read moreit over and said it would be 2 days, flash forward to day 4 and the entire quote changed because he didn't know the radiator support needed to be welded in even though I supplied a brand new radiator support. he then suggests to let his guys bend everything back into position and it would cost significantly less and be done the following day. picked up my truck, from the outside everything looked ok but it was because his workers bolted the grille on the side that wasn't bent meaning I only had 2 of 4 bolts holding it in and this was done all because they didn't even touch the old radiator support. he now won't even return a phone call to explain why they are ripping me off and all I want is a refund shitty quality, meaning shitty value, meaning service needs to be done at a reputable shop because this apparently isn't one
