Yes I gave them 5 stars because they did what they where asked an went beyond we recently had a bad experience at Landers Toyota in fact they charge us outrageously and didn't do the work. So don't go to Landers ! So We decided to take it to Trotter because we had a 1700 mile trip to take and needed trust worthy service & the service was extremely on point at Trotter yes we paid twice but knowing the work was truly done was comforting they went the extra mile and verified the work that had been done at landers which was spark plugs,water flush .. they charge us 1180.00 for those 3 things they did was an I can try to get some of my money back fromLanders . Well we did make it to our destination with comfort because MY TRUCK WAS RUNNING LIKE SHE WAS BRAND NEW hallelujah no more pull to the right & runs like a dream I totally could see a HUGE DIFFERENCE IN PERFORMANCE .. Their boss Mr. Trotter is a great people person just like Mr. Harper, Terry and Joel from the Toyota store. Our salesmen Dietrich and Hunter always strived to get us in the vehicle we wanted and for the price range we needed to be in. Service, Sales persons are very friendly, courteous. However, unless you are getting routine maintenance, you must spend an inordinate amount of time there. I've visited Trotter Toyota for two years and every time I need non-preventative maintenance, the parts are never in stock even for minor repairs. I've lost many a vacation day because they ordered the incorrect parts, failed to order all the parts required, or were not adequately staffed to honor my appointment. I will continue to use them for oil changes and other routine maintenance but for any repairs or replacement work, I'll patronize another dealership. read more
