I assisted my niece in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership! They did the paperwork over the phone and delivered the vehicle to us in Monroe. The vehicle was nice but the headache of dealing with this dealership wasn't worth it! The car was delivered by someone that didn't even know I was supposed to give them a check:/ The delivery driver wouldn't leave a copy of the paperwork saying they would send it. They did...the day the tag expired after being called! It was completely incorrect from the address all the way to the name that was supposed to be on the title!! They made a second attempt...still wrong. They didn't include the tax, title and license as instructed either making it very difficult to obtain tags and registration especially with incorrect paperwork!! They were NO help in rectifying the matter. I'm accustomed to better service and will not recommend this dealership to anyone!!!! Thumbs down read more
