Husband bought a used truck that had engine issues and he had to bring it back many times and they still never fixed it right. What did they even do to make it look "fixed"? The mechanics manager doesn't even know what he is doing, is he even qualified? We later found out from other people that this guy really doesn't know what he's doing, no one works on things in a timely manner. Once you buy a vehicle from them they just act like they want you to go away. We will never return to this place for repairs, not even an oil change, and will never buy a car from them again. It's embarrassing to see commercials promoting the "great history" of the Smart family business on TV. The family founders of this dealership would be very disappointed to hear just how terrible the service is of this business. (We are very knowledgeable about repairing our own vehicles, we know if someone is lying to us, I am even in sales and I know BS when I hear it. We have since taken our vehicle to another credible business for repair.)

So don't go to Landers ! So We decided to take it to Trotter because we had a 1700 mile trip to take and needed trust worthy service & the service was extremely on point at Trotter yes we paid twice but knowing the work was truly done was comforting they went the extra mile and verified the work that had been done at landers which was spark plugs,water flush .. they charge us 1180.00 for those 3 things they did was an I can try to get some of my money back fromLanders . Well we did make it to our destination with comfort because MY TRUCK WAS RUNNING LIKE SHE WAS BRAND NEW hallelujah no more pull to the right & runs like a dream I totally could see a HUGE DIFFERENCE IN PERFORMANCE .. THANKS GUYS GOD BLESS YOU .. & THANK YOU SO MUCH I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE FROM NOW ON LESSON LEARNED !!!
