He told us if he couldn't get the dings worked out (they were on the seam of two panels), he'd send us on our way for just a handshake. His price estimate seemed fair and similar to what we've paid for in the past at the German dealerships, so we thought we'd give him a shot. We nervously waited while they attempted the fix and within just a few minutes, Mike and his team had the dings all knocked out, even correcting a pretty significant dent that appeared to be a manufacturing defect. Went to get an alignment and rotation since I do a lot of driving for work. Went to pick it up…read moreafter two hours and the wheel was not aligned and the truck was grinding when going straight. Called the store back to tell them something was wrong for them to tell me to bring it back. They assessed it again and determined something was not right. They took it back and after 3 more hours they called me to tell me they could not get it to hold and alignment. After arguing with them that my vehicle was perfectly fine when I took it in. I was then asked why I brought it in if it was fine. Where I was then laughed at for telling them you are supposed to align every so many miles. The "manager" who was the one who laughed then said you only get them done when they are out of align. They keep insisting it is my fault my vehicle is now broken and they can't fix it becuase they don't do that work.

He go get another guy they both come back and was like yeah you have a nail in your tire, we could probably fix it. They start clicking clicking on the gotdamn air machine, but first he filled he put air in three tires. Then he started clicking on the machine to put air in my tire that low. He come back and tell me he got two tires for $195. He told me that he hope that I make it home safely because the air was gonna come out of my tire this was yesterday & today is January 29 And my tire still has air in it so for one of your employees to come and try to manipulate me and try to make me believe I had a nail in my tire when he never really looked at the whole tire and told me that I had a low percentage of air in my tire when he took all the air out of my fucking tire and then turned around and filled it up. I will not be back to this place for free ever again. How dare y'all try to trick me into buying a tire, trust my dad taught me very well. He brought a spare in my tire's size, but we went with the donut because of proximity and the fact that Costco would deal with the replacement (I bought the set there). He switched out the tires, but the flat in the back, and charged me a fair price for late Sunday night roadside service. Friendly, quick, and fairly priced with good service on top. They never offered to fix it and charge the difference if the cost was more nor did they offer to do anything to rectify the problem. Bad business practice
