Also had to purchase 2 new front tires from WalMart because their faulty work caused mine that had around 30,000 miles on them wore so quickly one blew out & the other was separating & had the steel belt showing, but since this was a Sunday & I had to purchase tires from WalMart instead of K&A, I'm outta pocket about $150 just on new tires which I wouldn't have needed had K&A done the job right the first time. I don't mind waiting when calling a tow obviously you're going to have to wait a while . I…read moreunderstand that , however I waited over 2 hours just to be told by the lady that I talked to that I was far out (30 minutes) and that she couldn't give me a estimated time and to look for another service provider that was closer . Mind you I had called once before this phone call and was told it would be about an hour which I was okay with . What I'm not okay with is the fact that I'm only 30 minutes away and you're telling me that you don't have anyone to get to me , to find someone closer ? to make someone wait almost 3 hours just to put them on hold after telling them to find someone else is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend . And save your replies I said what I said .

I've used this service several times now and I've never been disappointed. Here are the four…read morethings I like best about them: 1. They are very affordable. When you pay cash, the $50 price tag is no joke, and it's only $5 more to use a credit card. With taxes, it's $55-$65. The only time I pay more is when I tip, which I like to do because they're great. 2. Making an appointment is easy. If the phone isn't answered right away, you leave a voice mail. My calls have ALWAYS been returned. 3. They are always on time. Plus, the driver calls when headed your way. 4. The drivers and receptionists are always polite and respectful, and they have always followed my instructions regarding my car. I trust them. I've sent this service's contact info to several friends and no one I've referred has ever reported a problem.
