I only drive my vehicle maybe 250 miles a month so this isn't something new that shouldn't have been caught since their repair Jan 03, 2022. It popped off again while it was raining. The Express Oil location here in Macon, GA said the belt slips to the edge when it's driven a tiny bit. Then when it rains the water coming up under it let's it pop right off. Yesterday was the first time I have driven it again in the rain since the repair in January so I didn't happen before that. Express Oil here in Maco, GA honored the warranty the company has, so it reduced the bill a tiny bit. But I still had several hundred dollars out of pocket and time, and towing.

My wife googled it as we were driving home, pulled the ground off the battery for 20 minutes system reset clearing the message. I won't mention the brake work smh! Needless to say I won't be back and will not recommend them to anybody.

As of this date we had cancelled the payment, only to give them one more chance to rectify their errors. Car never was fixed and now we have to go to court. It was an American made vehicle. Nothing crazy or computerized. They should've told us that they didn't do transmissions, we would have used them if we had other problems just because they were honest. They aren't honest, and it's sad when you try to give a small business chances to fix the repairs. It's now November, and there is not transmission in the car. Now you tell me if this business is worth any stars.
