Somebody came out to the lobby and said he could not work on my car. Gave me a list of issues: the serpentine belt, Wiper blades, New shocks, and new tires. The only accurate thing was that I'm ready for new tires. The funny part that made my eyes go wide. When he said I needed a serpentine belt, I just had that done. He also pointed out that my shocks were leaking, but there were no drips on them that would indicate a leak, and the car's not riding like it has bad shocks. Because my serpentine belt and wiper blades were just changed in November. A few days later, I went to my regular mechanic to look at the shocks and try to upgrade them. It turns out the shocks are not leaking. mileage I called the store to ask about how this could have occurred. Basically, there's a list and they're just gonna make recommendations off mileage, not do an inspection. Also told me that rotating the tires and putting the tires with good tread on the front drive tires would serve absolutely no purpose.

It was only an hour before they were closing. He grabbed my keys and he brought it right in the bay just like he said he would. They not only fixed my tire. They checked all the other tires pressure and filled my windshield washer fluid and checked my oil as well, which was also concerning and they topped off my oil for me as well.
