Even though they had ordered an alternator for him (which arrived in 20 minutes) he finds out he just needed a new battery instead. Great service! No one greeted me, i didn't even see any employees around in the store. The prices were higher than my liking so I decided to leave. When I got into my car, there was an employee that was standing directly in front of the door of O'reilly staring at me. He literally had the meanest look and just watched me the whole time leaving the parking lot. It made me feel really uncomfortable and confused because where were you in the store and why are you trying to seem like you're guarding the place. It was a very odd situation and I felt like he thought he was doing something by watching me from inside the store. Like what was your purpose?

He then rattled off the info super quick and I couldn't hear him...when I asked him to repeated it (I could hear he was still there) He simply hung up on me. I called back and after 10+ rings he finally answered..knowing it was me, didn't say hello, just impatiently repeated the info (he clearly heard me say I needed clarification the first time.) I work with vendors and suppliers that work with this place (and work closely with one of the owners) and they actually recommended this place...and they will DEFINITELY hear about my experience. You never know who you are talking to when a customer calls...I imagine this will damage the business relationship they have with the owner who I work closely with. If customer service is this bad right out of the gate, you know this place is likely rotten in other areas. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! An extra 60 seconds and some kindness could have saved them from this review but tells you A LOT about a business.

I first left a message and then received a call from the company no more than fifteen minutes later. Steve reached out to me immediately and asked me to provide some pictures of the RV, concerning its dimensions. After a brief discussion with his crew, they decided they could indeed pick it up and from thereon, asked for us to provide proof of homeownership. We did so, by taking pictures of our property tax papers and drivers licenses. The following morning, Steve reached out again. Mind you, this was Sunday morning of April 23, 2023. I was not expecting this company to be concerned with my problem on the weekend, assuming instead that L&I would pick back up on the following Monday. But I was wrong. Steve reached out and declared one of his crew members would be along in about an hour to tow the abandoned RV. Sure enough, in approximately an hour, an L&I Ram5500 pulled up to tow the vehicle. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that showed up. He was very friendly and extremely professional. It took about five minutes to secure the RV for the tow. And off he went. My experience with this company was exceptional! I'd give a twenty-star rating if possible! I was under the impression the removal of this abandoned RV was going to be much harder than the process actually was. I would like to commend L&I Towing, Steve and the crew member that was involved for going above and beyond my expectations! L&I Towing has picked up an extremely satisfied, new customer!
