I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I brought my vehicle in to have the A/C compressor…read morereplaced and paid for the repair, but after nearly a year the problem was never resolved. The shop had my vehicle multiple times and repeatedly provided different explanations for the delays, including ordering incorrect parts, parts being on backorder, mechanic staffing issues, and needing to start the repair process over. Eventually, I was told they could not obtain the necessary A/C compressor. When I requested a refund because the repair was never completed, I was told that work had been performed on the vehicle. However, the service I paid for was a functioning A/C system with a properly replaced compressor, which was never achieved. I have since had to seek repairs elsewhere. Based on my experience, communication was poor, the repair was not completed, and the matter remains unresolved. I cannot recommend this business and would encourage others to carefully consider their options before having work performed here.

I had a bad experience with this dealership. I would never buy another Jeep. I hate this brand new…read morecar that I bought two weeks ago. It is missing some of the equipment that should have been included. I was told, "you didn't buy a new car". Yeah, right. Some rich old lady owned it for a second. She removed some of the equipment. I was told to buy the items from Jeep. Like I haven't already spent over $55k on this piece of crap 2026 Jeep. They lowballed me on my trade in and told me it wasn't worth anything. Now they are selling it for four times what they gave me for it. Avoid this dealership at all costs. One star rating because I can't give then zero stars!

He attempted to deliver the car to Mansfield Honda on that Saturday evening, but the lot was gated, locked, and blocked with vehicles. He called me, clearly frustrated, but said he couldn't in good conscience leave the car there. He took it back to his lot and stored it where he assured me video cameras would be pointed at it. I thought that was reassuring. The dealer was closed Sunday, so he attempted to deliver the car on Monday, and the dealership gave him grief, saying he should have left the car outside the gate with the keys in it. They were not willing to pay him for storage. John was a professional and left the car and I'm currently trying to get Honda to own this. I appreciate the care and concern shown by White's Automotive.

I haven't actually had work done on my vehicle by this shop as I'm not local, but I can attest to…read morethe quality and integrity of the people that operate it! While en route to Cedar Point from Columbus with an SUV full of kids, I started to experience car trouble. My daughter googled auto repair shops near us as the handling of my SUV began to decline rapidly and I slowed down and drove with my hazards on. By the grace of God, we were only 5 minutes from Tom's Auto Repair! As I pulled into their parking lot, Daniel came out from the garage right away to make sure we were okay as he noticed the flashers on. I explained to him what I was experiencing and after emptying my vehicle of restless kids, the team had it up on a lift in no time and quickly diagnosed the issue(s). They said I was lucky that I stopped, as with the state of my wheel bearing and front bushing, we might not have even made it the next 30 minutes to the park. Daniel didn't have the specific part I needed, but called around to other local shops to see if anyone had it on hand. With none found nearby, he and Alexis helped me problem solve from that point on. I called AAA to tow my SUV to a repair shop back home, and Daniel was already on the phone with local taxi services to to help us a way to Cedar Point, without me even asking. Alexis then called Fleet One for a rental and a Ford Explorer was delivered to the auto shop in less than 15 minutes! The tow truck came quickly as well, and Daniel provided a written analysis of the issue and parts needed to pass along to my local shop. What's even more impressive, is that he refused to collect a dime for his and his team's time, diagnosis, and help. They even cleaned up a wound and provided a bandaid for one of my son's friends who was with us! I was in tears by the time I left, grateful for the good people that God placed us close to at a time of need. I highly recommend Tom's Auto Repair to anyone in the Norwalk area and will always be a fan! Thanks again for saving my son's 13th birthday and keeping us safe, Daniel & team. You guys went above and beyond for nothing in return, and with that kind of integrity and character, I would absolutely trust you with the care of my or my loved ones vehicles in heartbeat. Thanks again, a million times over!

I think I'm done bringing my vehicle here for oil changes and maintenance/repair work. Had it in…read morefor an oil change and asked if they could check the "check engine" history since the light came on recently, but then went off. So at the time of the oil change and "diagnostic testing" the check engine light was off. Despite it being off, they determined a part needed replaced. I declined due to the cost. Then, when going in to pick it up and pay for the vehicle, it was way more expensive than the normal oil change. When inquiring as to why it was so expensive, they said it was for a $175 diagnostic test. I was not informed of this charge at all ahead of time. Pretty bad! After being a loyal customer all these years, I'm done.
