I had been…read moreto a different auto zone location the previous night and they sent me away with out allowing me to order the part I needed pushing my repairs back another day. Gary was extremely helpful and even initiated an autozone rewards card for me over the phone so I could earn credit for my purchase. Good Customer service goes a long way. He even identified the person working in the evening so I knew who to work with when coming in to purchase more parts.

She was shocked when the invoice came to $54.63. She's not one to assert herself in situations like this. So she quietly paid. Don't misinterpret this. Service was good. Obviously the oil change occurred and they did a good inspection. Just she felt she was baited into one price and charged another. So ... 4 stars, but make sure you know what oil you're needing before going for an oil change 'special'.

This place is really hit or miss depending who you speak to. Overall, though, it's really not a…read morepleasant place. Many of the associates are rude (all but two that I have dealt with, actually- but it's worth giving them credit). It's unfortunate to not have more choices in a small town. I try to get anything I need from a different location when possible so I don't have to go here.
