They marked a bunch of things in red to make it seem urgent, but completely ignored the real reason I came in. It honestly felt like they weren't even trying to diagnose anything. The mechanics didn't look into the issue -- they just suggested replacing parts and quoted prices that were as high as (or higher than) the dealership. The whole point of coming here was to avoid those kinds of charges, but I ended up paying more anyway. And the worst part? I paid, and the issue still wasn't fixed. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly a bit scammed. If something doesn't feel right when you're there, trust your gut and take your car somewhere else.

My son and I went to Lash to purchase a used car, a 2015 Honda FIT…read more In fairness to Lash, the car was a used Honda FIT with 60,000 mi. It was mislabeled as an EXL but owning a FIT myself, I could see it was an EX. But the price was right. We were not anticipating any problems. . We took it on an extended test drive and something was off with the electronic display. Among other things, you couldnt see the gas gauge. Restarting the car did not reset anything. We were assured that it would be fixed either by the Lash service department or taken to a Honda dealership. That was written in the contract as an exception to an "as is" purchase. But Honda makes very reliable cars so we were okay with "as is" provided the electronic display got fixed. And it did...for about 3 days in mostly undriveable weather. Then the problem reappeared. I urged my son to immediately contact our salesperson and the dealership. And he did many times, by phone, text and email. Crickets. Everyone was always "off"or away. After all, it was in the written contract that THIS problem would be fixed. But they had his money. Now me, I would have driven the car to the dealership and camped out with Lash's unresponsiveness. But my son is an adult who prefers to avoid confrontations. Long and the short is my very positive initial experience with Lash has changed to a very negative experience. They should have fixed what they said they would when the problem almost immediately returned.
