Surprised to see so many negs here, I've always had good luck with MAC's. At least they don't list products that they don't have, and don't know when or if they will. I've had this issue elsewhere long ago, say 30 years ago so that's kind of a moot point. I like their catalogs, parts and service.

(I wasn't looking forward to getting home and hunting down the right sockets to do it myself.) The salesperson showed me the available choices on his screen. I picked out one with a three year replacement warranty (since that's how long my previous battery lasted.) despite the fact that it was raining and cold, and the store apparently had a recent rush of customers, the salesperson wheeled the battery and his tools out to my car and perforated the replacement. I was happy he did -- the retaining bolts were a little tricky to deal with, even for a pro like himself.
