He pointed at two of the wheels lug studs on the same wheel next to each other had been stripped and the lugs cannot go on and the vehicle is unsafe to drive. Then he said word for word (this happens all the time). I pointed back at all the metal shaving proving they were the ones that caused it. Then got charged in full for them breaking the vehicle. No offer to cover damage, no lift home and vehicle had to be left in a lot overnight until I can find a shop that can fix the vehicle. Pending small claims lawsuit soon to follow. Please don't let this happen to you. Stripping one of the wheel lug studs was bad enough but to then strip the one right next to it? Avoid at your own peril.

They told me it was because they were bought out by some other company. It seemed like a pretty easy customer sat deal especially since they were starting up under a "new company". However, the manager must have wanted to punch the clock more than take care of and impress a potential new customer. Sad as it is - kinda convenient location - I highly doubt I would get my oil changed there now and I am less likely to recommend these guys.
