ZERO STARS! This place is an absolute disaster. I went in for something that should've been quick and simple--changing ONE brand-new tire--but instead, I was met with ridiculous wait times, lazy employees, and zero communication. From the moment I walked in, I could tell customer service wasn't a priority. No greeting, no acknowledgment--just a bunch of workers standing around, moving at a snail's pace. I figured, 'Okay, maybe they're busy,' but nope! The shop wasn't even packed, and yet, they still managed to take an eternity to complete the most basic service. After waiting way longer than necessary, I finally asked for an update. Instead of a clear answer or an apology for the delay, I got attitude and a vague excuse about being 'backed up'--which was clearly not true. It's like they couldn't care less about actually doing their jobs. By the time they finally finished, I had wasted 3 hours!!! of my day for something that should've taken 15-20 minutes max. No sense of urgency, no respect for customers' time, and definitely no professionalism. DO NOT waste your time here. If you need a tire change, go to a real tire shop where they actually value your business. This place is an absolute joke, and I'll never be coming back!" read more

ordered tires and prepaid for installation. made an appt for 6. Arrive before 6 to checkin and waited an hour. When I went to check on time I overheard the mechanic Sean tell them to cancel all appts because tomorrow is a holiday and he's ready to go home. Really wish someone who liked their job worked here so they wouldn't inconvenience other customers. Terrible service. read more

Went in at 2:30PM and by 4:30 they didn't start my oil change. Still had 2 cars ahead of me. They only had 2 guys changing oil. I pulled my car out of line. I will never use them again. read more

I usually take my car to get its oil change here or the San Jacinto location but I like the Hemet one better. Todays visit just reinforced this. The auto center employee Pedro worked on my car and took such good care of it, he took his time and even cleaned my windshield. Horrible service! I only had 2 cars in front of me and it took them 2 hours to even get started on my car. When they did, they then informed me that they could not replace my battery because it was inaccessible. It's not though. It's difficult, but it's not impossible. The mechanics didn't even want to face me to tell me this either.. they had the cashier tell me everything. They also told the cashier that if I knew how to change the battery, then I should go home a do it. So friggin rude! After that I was livid. I went out to the garage to get my key from them and they refused to give me their names. I then expressed exactly what I thought they were acting like and left. One of their names is on the paperwork so I guess they aren't too bright either. read more

They are the worst...they have two mechanics and all go to lunch at the same time leaving my car drained of oil so I have to sit another hour plus during this mechanics lunch hour. It's 11:21 I arrived at 7:30. They even unload a tire truck delivery DAM SHAME! read more

Not sure how this place is legally allowed to run.... Been to various Walmart Auto Care Centers in my time and have never had a terrible experience like we had here.... Had to take my moms Explorer in for routine maintenance a while back. Before we left we told them the work we needed done to the vehicle new air filters and oil change and NO new battery as we had already had it changed previous months earlier and had no issues prior. We came back later when they said it would be ready and noticed they tried to charge us for a battery replacement we asked why and the so called manager told us that when they tested it they found it to have low voltage. We made them change it back to our original battery as we knew this wasn't true and left. About 2 days after this occurred our car wouldn't start and we examined the battery (and found out there mechanics had put an old dead one inside....) This place is a SCAM and should be shut down!!!!! read more

The manager David is very unprofessional and rude to customers. I waited there 20 mins no one bothered to ask me if I have been helped. There were 4 other customers waiting. Had not been helped. Such bad service here they definitely do not care about their customers. I would not trust them to work on my car. read more

Sue quoted me a price on tires then it changed went up 60.00 Dollars, then they called me and said they would honor the price! This place has the worst costumer service. I order tires and they never even called me to tell me they were in. Although I've given this store a low score let me explain why.. Number one, the staff needs to be retrained to smile, some of them act like they really don't appreciate they're job. My family always has their car services done here. Never had a problem, delay, etc. my last experience was helpful when I went to have all tired changed. The worker was very helpful and explained to me in detail all my options. I'm going again soon for oil change and brakes. read more

So I came to walmart cause I have 2 batteries that needed to be tested (everstart batteries walmart brand) and I go in the automotive department and pretty much as soon as the door closed behind me the gentleman behind the counter by the name of name of Carl (he's the head manager apparently)who didn't want to be bothered doing anything shoved me outside to get the battery tested stood out side while a lady by the name of Christina Tim walked past me 10+ times not even bothering to acknowledge that I was waiting. Finally when I didn't get service they were short with me. She did end up apologizing for the wait but in the end this is the worst service I have ever received from a walmart service department in all it took over 40 minutes to get my battery's but on the charger another. These people are a joke, went to drop off my car to get 4 new tires and they said to come back in a hour and it will be finished. So, we went to Buffalo Wild Wings and dropped a C note on beer and wings and watched a little soccer. After 1 1/2 hrs we went back to Walmart to pick up the car and seen nothing was done. I asked the lady why is my car not done and she said " Oh, we don't have the tires for your car, we only have 1 in stock". I was like really!! Call the other Walmart in San Jacinto 5.45 miles away. So she did and they had 3 in stock. I purchased the one tire and drove to the other Walmart. Explained to the lady what happen and she said well, we can't guarantee or give you road service protection on that one tire because you didn't purchase it from us. OK, let me speak with the manager. Explained to the manager what went on and he was able to make everything good with warranty. After 5 hours starting this journey my car was done at 8:30pm. So I give this Walmart 1 star in Hemet and the other Walmart in San Jacinto 5 stars for completing the job. read more
