Called Four Stars Ford spoke with Joseph, got my vehicle in, got a ride home, got all the recall repairs done, oil change, and roof seal repaired all in the same day and my vehicle was taken back to my house once everything once complete. Was assured they would address all issues mechanically, and body repairs. they later tried to return the vehicle back to me, after not addressing any of the mechanical malfunctions finally found out that they even told the insurance company that the mechanical malfunctions and errors could not have been caused by the collision. now we are stuck to dispute the nonpayment for mechanical issues and out-of-pocket for repairs that were due to the accident. The owner is very rude and disrespectful and dishonest.
