U-haul wanted to charge us double the rental fee for incorrect drop-off location which would've been more than $900. Scott made a few calls to see what could be possible and got the extra charge dropped. He's spent more than 10 minutes on the phone when he had other things he needed to get done. We will definitely be back, and look forward to being frequent customers here.

The gasket under the oil plug was bad and the plug was loose causing my car to be 2 quarts low on oil. Lone Star Lube diagnosed the problem, replaced the gasket and added 2 quarts of oil for FREE. This is normally where I go for oil changes and they went out of there way to help me when they didn't have to. I will definitely be back!

The inspector did not know the law or regulations regarding clear UV barrier on the front windshield. The inspector attempted to show me a placard from 2019, which he misinterpreted. I have had the same barrier film on my truck for 10 years. Per Texas Administrative Code, Title 37, Part 1, Rule 21.3. A clear (un-tinted) UV film is allowed anywhere on the front windshield without a medical exemption being required. The Inspector DID not know the law and was not professional about it. I have been a police officer for 27 + years (10 as a traffic officer) and would not place illegal items on my vehicle. I went to another place and passed inspection in 5 minutes. Beware of this place they do not know what they are doing. They have lost a long-time customer but i am sure they are used to it by now.

Walking into the front door, we were met by the sweetest man behind the counter. Nothing but smiles. First impressions are everything when you walk into a business. After hanging around for a bit, Cameron showed up to see if we needed any assistance. Again, another smiling face. After visiting with him a bit, he brought around an incredibly beautiful Grand Jeep Cherokee with all of the whistles and bells. No pressure at all from Cameron. He gave us the full low down on this vehicle and even printed up the information for us to take home. We also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager Shannon Pierce. Let me just tell you, what an amazing man. He and my husband have some commonalties. He just pulled up a seat, and we just began to visit. He shared with us the story of Ram Country and everything he is doing to improve it. We talked about how we all grew up, the car business, the people business and everything in between. The icing on the cake was meeting his beautiful wife, Tammy. She helps Shannon in this endeavor. It was such a pleasure to be able to visit with her as well.
