They got the tires same day & installed in about 1:15 hrs. Very pleased. Definitely wasn't looking in buying tires today, but gave me a deal i couldn't pass up. I explained…read morewhat kind of tire i was looking for and wanted to see if they had a similar brand that wasn't as costly as my previous brand was. With in seconds she came back with a complete out the door price i agreed and she informed me they would be at the location by 8:30 the next day. Next moring at aproximately one hour before appointment she called to inform me they had arrived and said to come on in Service time was no longer than an hour to max hour and half with complet 4 tire removal replacement mounted ballanced and a full synthetic oil change added. This is my 5 th vehicle i have had serviced here and have the others serviced regular as well. The people are great and Staff is on point. as far as previous one star reviews well maybe you should try a little respect and understanding even ive had a couple of issues that came up but a call and explain the issue they was always understanding and asked to come back and corrected any issues with no problems. So i can say Munford Tire is and has been the best local owned establish ment with complete satifactory customer service every time

Brought my husbands car in for 2 new tires and an oil change. We paid over the phone because they…read moreclose at 2pm on Saturdays. We picked the car up around 4:45/5pm and headed to dinner in millington in two vehicles. My husband called to day the car didnt sound right and immediately called Gateway to leave a message. He let them know he would be bringing the car back and asked them to look at it Monday morning. We fed the kids and got back in our cars for the 10 min drive home. 4 min in my husband called me exasperated. He said the noise sounded unbearable and the car felt off so he pulled over in a neighborhood and got out his flashlight. That's when he realized not a single lug nut was tightened on any of the wheels. We are hoping they will make this right but it was a very scary experience and definitely cost them our trust with future car maintenance. edited to add... they double o-ringed the oil filter and it's leaking oil. honestly they just didn't service our car properly--really upsetting
